It was great. Charlie was wonderful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us and was very personable and would do any your with him.
Kevin was super knowledgeable and personable. We had our young son with us and he included him with everything so he stayed engaged. Kevin seemed to have interesting anecdotes and facts about everything we saw and was a great storyteller. A great day!
Charlie was our guide on this tour and he was fantastic! We had my 9 year old daughter with us and he was really good about being sure to include her, ask her questions, get her thinking, and was able to bring the tour to a relatable level for her. Charlie was very knowledgeable, charismatic, and made sure we had the best experience. We wanted to see our family members names on the wall of honor at Ellis Island and he took us right to their spot! He was also gracious enough to offer up some great food spots and a list of activities that he thought would interest my 9 year old!

Charles M led us on an educational, engaging, and energizing tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. He found quiet spots for us to explore and discuss and navigated us through the crowds quickly. We gained new insights into the history of these two iconic pieces of America’s history.
We have 3 kids, ages 10, 7, and 7. Charlie made sure to focus on them and keeping their attention. I think they actually learned some things. Great success!
