エンターテイメントショー付きドバイマリーナクルーズディナー

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. First, we would like to highlight that WhatsApp calls are banned in the UAE, which is why call attempts do not go through. Messaging remains the only reliable method of communication. Regarding the meeting point, our system shows that the local tour operator sent you the confirmation message, including the departure point and all instructions, almost one month prior to your tour. Unfortunately, these messages were never acknowledged or responded to. Additionally, we received your inquiry only 30 minutes before boarding time on a holiday, which made it challenging to reply immediately. Although our team works hard to assist guests even after duty hours, there are natural limitations—this is exactly why we request that travelers contact the tour operator at least one day in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. We also confirmed with our duty manager on the night of your tour that you boarded on time, and we are glad you ultimately made it to the correct boat. We sincerely apologize if our communication felt insufficient at any moment, and we will review your comments carefully to improve our processes further. Thank you again for your feedback. Warm regards,

Dear Irfan U, Thank you for your lovely review of our Dubai Marina Dinner Cruise! We’re glad you enjoyed the relaxing ambiance, the tasty international buffet, and the live Tanoura dance show. Cruising along the Marina skyline at night is truly magical. We're so happy you chose to spend your evening with us—hope to see you again on your next visit to Dubai! Regards

Hi Ms. Karen, Thank you for your feedback. May I kindly ask who informed you that the boat would pass by The Palm? If you review the option you booked, you’ll notice that it clearly mentions a live musician, not a stage show. Below is the exact description of the experience you selected: LUXURY Dinner Cruise with Live Musician Red Carpet Entry: Board the 125FT Glass Houseboat Elegant Ambiance & Breathtaking Views Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes International Buffet: 5-star luxury dinner with a Live Pasta Station Cruising Route: Dubai Marina – Ain Wheel, JBR, Marina Harbour No Transfers Included: Meet & Greet point is at Xclusive Marina (behind Al Majara Tower) Unique Experience: Far superior to the standard Dubai Dhow Cruise We would also like to clarify that nowhere in our tour description is a route passing The Palm mentioned or advertised. The cruise operates exclusively within Dubai Marina, which is clearly stated in both the title and itinerary. We always encourage guests to carefully read the full tour details prior to booking to ensure the experience matches their expectations. This helps prevent any confusion and ensures satisfaction with the services provided. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clears up the misunderstanding. Warm regards,

Dear Valued Guests, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience on the Dubai Marina dhow cruise! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the Carnival-themed evening—complete with lights, music, dancing, and the incredible nighttime views from the upper deck. The Marina truly comes alive at night, and it's great to know you were able to take it all in from such a unique and peaceful perspective. We're also glad our team made you feel welcome and comfortable throughout the cruise. It’s always our aim to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. Your kind words about the dinner and overall ambiance mean a lot to us. Thank you for recommending the cruise as a scenic and refreshing alternative to the usual tourist activities. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your compliments on the food quality, the cultural performance, and the stunning views of the Dubai skyline. Regarding the points you raised, we would like to clarify a few details. As mentioned in the tour information, pick-up and drop-off services are not included from your hotel, and you opted for the direct reporting option. We are transparent with all the options we offer and encourage guests to plan their transportation accordingly, especially in the Marina area where heavy traffic is common. We advise ensuring that you arrive promptly. It is also recommended to read all the information available on the tours to avoid disappointment, not expect something that is not provided, and know exactly what is being offered. Despite this, we're glad you still chose to join the tour. Regarding the capacity, the boat can accommodate around 300 guests, ensuring there is ample space for everyone. The dinner service is announced once it begins, and while we strive to provide a smooth experience, we acknowledge that it may have felt busy during your visit. Your comments will help us improve the flow of service. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience. Regards,
