We had an amazing experience on the Dubai City Tour. It was the perfect way to explore the city’s highlights in a short time, from the stunning Burj Khalifa and the luxurious Burj Al Arab to the historic charm of Al Fahidi District and the vibrant Gold and Spice Souks. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, sharing interesting facts and making the whole journey enjoyable and smooth. Everything was well organized, from pick-up to drop-off, and we had enough time at each stop to take photos and soak in the atmosphere. This tour truly shows the best of Dubai—its culture, modern architecture, and rich heritage all in one unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city for the first time!

Great experience touring the city of Dubai with Abdul our tour guide who was very fantastic and educated us on the history of Dubai. It was a great time. However this operator screwed us up by refusing to drop us off at the hotel as signed in the contract. So am pissed off.

Highly unprofessional service from Viator….pick-up was delayed by more than an hour and there was absolutely no communication and also no service line to address the concerns. I will never book a tour/service via Viator…and also advise to stay away from this if they want peace of mind.

Please note that email responses may be delayed outside office hours. For time-sensitive coordination, guests are advised to contact us via WhatsApp, as mentioned in the booking details. Unfortunately, this communication was not initiated in advance. Due to the lack of confirmed communication, the delay occurred. This situation could have been avoided by following the stated confirmation and communication procedures. We remain committed to providing reliable service when booking instructions are adhered to and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter.

We booked the Half Day Dubai City Tour and found it to be a great way to see many of the city's most iconic landmarks in a short amount of time. It’s ideal for travelers with limited time who still want to experience the highlights of Dubai. The tour included quick photo stops at several famous spots, which was perfect for getting a feel of the city. If you're someone who prefers to spend more time exploring each location, I’d recommend going for the full-day tour instead. As it's a shared tour, the pickup process took a little longer due to multiple hotel stops, but everything was well-organized and the team handled the logistics efficiently. Overall, a smooth and worthwhile experience — definitely recommended for a quick yet comprehensive glimpse of Dubai.
