As clearly stated in the booking terms, guests are required to contact the local tour operator at least 24 hours in advance to reconfirm the exact pick-up time. Please note that email responses may be delayed outside office hours. For time-sensitive coordination, guests are advised to contact us via WhatsApp, as mentioned in the booking details. Unfortunately, this communication was not initiated in advance. Due to the lack of confirmed communication, the delay occurred. This situation could have been avoided by following the stated confirmation and communication procedures. We remain committed to providing reliable service when booking instructions are adhered to and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter.
