Was a great experience and one of the best we have been on. The crew was very involved and professional

We bought a 15 minute package but only got 3 minutes. We requested a refund via Viator but was denied without an explanation. The boat came back about 20-30 minutes early. If you only want 3 minutes, then this is fine.

Not quite as advertized. Much shorter trip approximately half and hour vs one hour. Not 600ft up in the air about half that. $9 fuel surcharge per person & wanting of tips were also money grabs. Crew was friendly enough and things were safe albeit a bit choppy at times which was intentional to give a wild ride. Pictures from a distance paid for have poor lighting cant make out faces well.

This activity was by far one of the best things that I have ever done. I am quite afraid of heights, but parasailing did not bother me. The tour moves rather quickly, but the boat driver and parasailing guide were very knowledgeable. I felt safe the entire time.

Omg this was the best time. I wish I could remember their names. Blonde girl and dark headed man were our guides and they were amazing. Next time we come back, gonna go again. By far the best thing we've done this trip.

This was my first excursion and first time in Hawaii. The guys were hilarious, and the music was bumpin. Because it was my first time parasailing, I signed up for only 600 ft. I recommend going as high up as possible. I had an amazing experience even at that height. Just go for it. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. I felt safe, and being up there solo had me up there conversing with God. It was indescribable.

Wasn’t notified it was cancelled was told to go to different places when trying to check in ending up back where we started as no one had our booking and now have been told we will get a refund but nothing yet

This was the best experience! Friendly, kind, and helpful employees. When booking online an error was made. I called the number and they were happy to fix it! Boat crew was fantastic! We all had a blast!

Great experience for first time attempting parasailing. The team was friendly and explained everything well. The only complaint I have is that the pictures that were taken by the crew member weren’t the best. Some of the images are cut off and I feel they could have been shot differently to make them appear better, more professional since there’s an additional 45$ fee for the photo package. Honestly just skip it and take your own on your phone with video.

Dan and Whitney were amazing guides with our parasailing trip. Was nervous but they were fun and comforting as well as a lot of fun. Thank you for making this a great experience!
