We explicitly informed you that to meet your 4:00 PM deadline, you would need to leave the tour early after lunch and would unfortunately miss Miyajima. In that same message, we also directed you to our alternative tour specifically designed for cruise passengers. Since we did not receive a reply or a cancellation request from you, we proceeded with your booking as scheduled. We made every effort to warn you about the schedule and provide the appropriate alternative in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
