<p>The scenery was 10/10, an absolute beautiful part of Japan. The day was well organised and had no issue with our two young children. The crab lunch was great and strawberry picking great way to finish the day.</p>

<p>Enjoyed the day, got excited with sled ride, lunch was great, unlimited crab legs and shrimp.. strawberries were sweet.</p>

Ok let me start with the bad, be prepared for. Loooong day, but not much activity. Slick advertising, so so,lunch, less than an hour at each attraction and aloooooog bus ride with no Wi-Fi . First thing is the instruction to the meeting area is not very clear, yo must take the west exit in Shibuya and be on the bus level or street level. We couldn't find it just by walking so I used my cell phone app to guide me. Ok now you are at the rally point which is actually the rally point for a number of other tours so you need to look around for your guide, ok found her. You will be assigned a seat . The guide speak very little English ,so they use a CL phone call in system to a translation service they broadcast in the bus, if you have a sense of humor, it's actually funny hearing the lost in translation. Don't be fooled by,the slick advertising , there is,no Wi-Fi available on the bus, this was a major disappointment because I had planned to to,some work on the long ride out to the ski resort. The bus ride was comfortable ,but it took about 2.5 hours to reach the sledding area. There was one restroom stop along the way. Sledding was fun but we only spent less than one hour sledding. It was actually a kiddie snow play land. So if you have young ones I think they will love it, but given the short time there you feel very rushed. Nest stop was lunch, again , don't be fooled by the slick advertising photo, the crab is nothing like pictured, crab were very small pieces, served cold, there was also all,you can eat raw shrimp, a mini hot pot and soba noodles with rice. It was good,but not great, it was all you can eat and the staff were always there to give you more of what you wanted. Snow cave ... Ha! It was just a huge pile,of snow in the restaurant parking lot that some one made a cave out of, looking at the mound I was reluctant to go in for fear of collapse however I suppose it was safe? Onto strawberry picking, ok so before you get to pick strawberry, you stop at the strawberry farm store! And of course they sell everything strawberry , ... Tourist trap thing so if you are a seasoned traveler you been there done that. Strawberry picking, actually it was as advertise, yes it snowing out side but they cultivate strawberry in hot houses so pick away and eat to your hearts content. The bus ride back took over 3 hours, and traffic was a mess. Best part of the day was meeting a family form Hong Kong. Do I recommend it? No, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't what was advertised. 6 hours on a bus for one hour of sledding..you decide.

<p>Awesome experience in the snow! Even though snowfall was heavy, we still had a great first-time experience in the snow. The lunch was spectacular - loved the crab and ate as much we could. Although cold with the snowfall, the tour was fantastic and great!</p>

<p>This course is highly recommended! Gathering place is at Shinjuku area so it is convenient.<br/> We will email the confirmation voucher to you after you have made a reservation online. Crab and strawberry are in all-you-can-eat style. So you will definitely be satisfied.<br/> Sledding can also be simply experienced at you own personal outfits.</p>

<p>Crab and shrimp are all-you-can-eat.Very satisfaction! The strawberry was also all-you-can-eat and good.!<br/> The snow-covered mountain was also beatiful .</p>

<p>We had our tour last feb 12 guides/drivers Jhun and -are very efficient and careful The food was good they even prepared our separate menu since we had an allergy to seafoods , strawberry picking and sledding are great experienced we will never forget , we thank God for the people who made this possible</p>

<p>That day well b goin to ski resort happen theres a traffic jam that we almost need to resched ski resort. However they are able to fix things. I booked norn minakami but during the meeting place, the paper in voucher is tambara resort.I don't understand why sudden change.we also didn't go farm.</p>

<p>The tour was described well but when the day came, everything ran contrary to how this tour was promoted.</p> <p>Traffic was so bad on the motorway, it took us 5 hours to reach the destination. So the tour itinerary was modified. First thing we did was to take our lunch. After lunch, given so much time lost, the driver suggested to just take the group. And if we did not insist on going to the snow/ski resort, we would not have seen the resort at all.</p> <p>We only had about 45 minutes to play in the snow. No more sledding was done only walking......</p> <p>No strawberry picking was done. Apparently, the fields were not conducive for picking. The tour operator just gave us packs of fresh strawberries. </p> <p>We were in the bus practically all day.</p>

<p>Very minimal information from the driver whom should act as tour guide. He only dropped us from place to place. The restaurant was great, very friendly and generous staffs. What we also liked were the strawberry and free wifi in thr car.</p>
