Great full day experience around Singapore. Perhaps pkan this at the start of your trip. Whinnie our guide was kind, fun and with an excellent knowledge of tje Singappre history and culture

Has to wait,and my sched was messed up,and they daid i cancelled my time slot,but everyone i spoke i made sure that my time is 11am,they said 1 pm but somebody arrived at 11:15 am,and we have tickets,i hope you could give me a discount coz we never got a tour guide,we were on our own
Buyer beware, this company is very rude and does not stand by their promise. We have gone on private tours all over the world and never have we been treated with such disdain and disrespect from a company. We tried to communicate privately with the company after the tour but then we were insulted for pointing out the deficiencies and for expecting to have a private vehicle for our private tour even though we paid an additional $220 for a private vehicle and not a shared vehicle. Of the 8 hours of this tour, 2 hours were spent waiting for a driver to take us to the next spot and most of that time was in the rain. This tour ended after 8 hours so we only got 6 hours of the tour. The itinerary was changed by the company because the some sites were closed due to maintenance or the lightning/rain temporarily closed it. We asked for one change to avoid the downpour. The company called me delusional and entitled because we were unhappy to have to wait 25% of the tour time for our private vehicle and blamed us for the delay. I waited a couple of months before writing my review so I would do it with some reflection. Please read on if you want the details. We booked this private 8 hour tour of Singapore which included The Flyer, Skypark, and Garden by the Bay with pick up and drop off. We had the option to pay an additional $220 more for a private van in addition to the private guide. The guide of this tour did a good job so it was not her fault that the company double books their drivers even during tours that pay extra for a private vehicle. The guide met us at the designated time of 11 AM at the designated location, the cruise terminal. We then walked to where we were to meet the driver but he did not show up until 30 minutes later. We went to Chinatown first because the Flyer was closed because of lightning. After our visit, we were picked up on time. The driver then wanted to drop us off at Garden by the Bay but it was pouring rain and we asked to be dropped off at Marina Bay Sands Hotel which is located next to the Garden where we would grab lunch and allow the rain to subside. We met the guide at the designated time but then had to wait for the driver again. We then went to the Flyer and when done, we waited again another 30 minutes for the driver. We then did a river cruise and again waited 30 minutes to be picked up. A different driver was finally sent and we spent the rest of the tour time at Gardens by the Bay. This driver was on time to pick us up and returned us to our starting point. All stops were on the itinerary to visit. At no time were we told that we had to follow a particular order and in fact, it was impossible because of the weather. After the tour, we emailed the company to point out how much of our tour time was spent waiting for the driver (in the rain) even though we paid for a private vehicle and the company advertised, “We go above and beyond to ensure your experience is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable.” The company representative call us entitled and delusional and blamed the guide and then us for the delays. We found out that the company sends the driver to other jobs which is fine if it doesn’t interfere with our tour but it did and cost us 25% of the tour time and we pays additional money for a private van for our private tour. This company does not do what they advertise and then treats its customers with distain.
Its been 2 months and we still have to deal with this clown.. We’ve conducted countless private tours for guests from all over the world, and none have been as delusional and entitled as you. It’s honestly embarrassing that you took the time to write such a long message full of nothing. Let’s address this once and for all: Private Tour Definition: A private tour guarantees your group exclusivity with the guide and vehicle but does not promise an unlimited “disposal service.” The itinerary is set and designed for seamless execution. Your deviation from the schedule caused delays and issues that would not have occurred if the plan was followed as intended. Extra Charges: The $220 was for a private vehicle to ensure you were not sharing with other groups during the set itinerary—not for unlimited use throughout the day. Adjustments or additional stops outside the plan are not included in the service you booked. Driver and Waiting Time: The driver was assigned exclusively for your group’s scheduled transfers. Delays were caused by the guide accommodating your off-itinerary requests, which disrupted the flow. These delays were not due to “double-booking,” as you claim, but due to your own itinerary changes. Marina Bay Sands Closure: We notified you the day before the tour via message about the Sky Park closure and offered a substitution. You did not respond to our message. The substitution was made in good faith to provide an alternative experience for your group despite not hearing back from you. Pickup Point: Your pickup point was not even listed in the original itinerary, but we went out of our way to accommodate your request and ensure you were picked up and returned at your convenience—something that was not part of the standard arrangement. The guide involved in this tour has been removed from future assignments to ensure such situations do not occur again. Lastly, I look forward to your review. You can be assured that I will respond publicly for the whole world to see, addressing your baseless accusations. We delivered exactly what was promised, and your claims of fraud are as false as your understanding of the service provided. Thank you for your feedback. received a msg on WhatsApp day before excursion saying we would be picked up at 10:40. Our excursion was booked for 11:00. Day of excursion received phone call at 10:20 saying they were at our hotel waiting for us. Went to Merlion and Chinese Temple. Next stop Gardens by the Bay. We were given 25 minutes each in Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Our tour description said 3 hours in Gardens by the Bay. For Everyone else in our van this was the end of their tour. The tour leader wasn't sure what to do with us since everyone else was now being taken back to their hotels. She offered to drop us at the Singapore Flyer. There was no mention of us being taken to the rest of the sights on our tour description, Marina Bay Sands skypark and Supertree Grove light show. We flew half way around the world to see these sights and this excursion was a dismal failure.
Let’s be clear—you were offered the opportunity to visit both the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands SkyPark, as stated in the itinerary. You declined, stating that you were tired. We even offered to accommodate you the next day, which you also declined. So how exactly is it our fault that you chose not to complete the tour? Regarding the pickup, you were informed the day before about the timing. Calling you when the driver was on-site is standard practice to ensure a smooth pickup process. Since when is clear communication about pickup suddenly a problem? Had we not called, we’re sure you’d be complaining about that instead. The itinerary was followed exactly as planned, and all stops were available to you. If you decided not to continue, that was entirely your choice—not a failure on our part. We strongly encourage future travelers to take responsibility for their own decisions instead of blaming us when they opt out of the experience they paid for.
Well worth it! Travelling in the heat in air conditioned shuttle makes the journey easier getting from place to place. We had a wonderful tour guide in the first part, she explained where to go and where to meet as a group. We had a friendly group who looked out for one another especially in the queues. We got to see all the highlights in good time and not rushed. Overall, enjoyable trip!
This was a full day of Singapore . Our driver & tour guide Adamwas very professional and knowledge . The tour plan itself is very lacking for these reasons : we did a drive by of Little India and China Town where all the best shopping deals and hawkers are . We were told we could come back later tonight as they are open late . 9:00pm is a tad late to go shopping and have dinner as we had an early morning departure the next day . The Cloud Dome was nice , but only one of the two domes were included in our ticket . Also the Super Tree Grove only included one vantage point, the observation deck or walking platform . We stood in line for the platform only to be told we used our one entrance . We were left there for six hours to do two things --WAY TOO LONG ! we had our driver /tour guide come back at 6:00 upon our request as we were done with the gardens . Really rather disappointing tour overall . Not our tour guides fault as he is taking us to the places assigned . We have left Singapore without doing some things we wanted to do . Should have not booked this tour and done Singapore on the Hop on and off bus .

The tour had a good lineup of places to visit and good amount of time allocated for each destination. Really enjoyed gardens by the bay, it was so mesmerising and it’s cooling inside. Very convenient with the transport provided if you’re unsure about how to go about the city
