We offer this trip at the lowest price so that all travellers to Hurghada can enjoy the sights of Hurghada.
We have been working in the tourism sector since years now, and the company was established in 2022–2023 with the support of our friends in Germany. We always provide private tours and a trained guide in English, German or other languages if requested.
We took care of your trip from the beginning with our team. The entire trip was organised after you booked via the platform, and all the details of the trip were reviewed, including what was excluded and to take care of everything, At the end of the trip, you requested an additional palce for free that were not included in the programme, as it would be unprofessional of us to provide a programme that is not clearly defined.
You have left us with more than one poor review. You were informed free activitie to make u all happy of a parasailing activity at New Hurghada Marina on Friday 17 April. However, upon arriving at New Hurghada Marina, we were informed that all water sports activities had been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and safety, as ordered by the Egyptian Ministry of the Interior to ensure the safety of all tourists.
You were returned to the hotel safely without paying, and we covered all the costs ourselves to ensure your satisfaction.
We arranged the trip you booked via the platform, We always try do a good job and are confident in our work, but we cannot be held responsible for unluck choice of trip as we do not select or book the trips ourselves. We strive to please everyone, even at our own expense, but we have no control over bad weather. Tourist safety comes first and foremost, and we value respect, respect for others, and the acceptance of different opinions,
but we do not accept vulgarity or the pursuit of non-existent problems in order to get something for free in return, We do not accept pressure or disrespect, nor do we accept the fabrication of stories about events. You may request any service free of charge if it is within our means. We love to serve everyone; we welcome people from all over the world to Egypt, regardless of their nationality, colour or religion. We respect everyone, but we want them to respect us as we respect them.
The issue has been discussed with all relevant authorities, and we have presented the facts of the conversation to them as a matter of integrity and honour in our work.
