Mai gave us a very detailed demonstration on making matcha and gave us insight into the history and significance of the tea ceremony. The parfait was to die for!

Great fun, learned a lot and enjoyed the class immensely. It was interesting to learn the Matcha tea process and the tradition/ techniques behind it. My instructor was wonderful and dressed in a kimono which led to a very authentic experience. Definitely recommend.
