If you are going to Ba Na Hills for sure choose John! He was excellent and we all enjoyed his company and our time with him. He navigated us very well even when things got busy. We did not feel rushed at all and he made it very relaxing! We highly recommend this tour.

Excellent day at Ba Na Hills with our 3 children. Quyen our guide was fantastic and took us to all the best spots. In such a large resort we would have missed so much without her. We managed to cover all of our highlights - golden bridge, French gardens and the Fantasy area as well as some others that we hadn’t spotted but loved like the 5D show. It was great to be picked up early and get to the golden bridge before too many crowds and also an early lunch at 11.30 meant we didn’t have to queue for too long. Quyen was able to bring the resort to life by sharing the areas history and how the resort came to be. Lovely day out and a highlight of our holiday for the kids.

From the moment we were greeted by our superb friendly guide John and our trusty driver 'Strong', we knew we going to have the best experience on this tour. John was informative, funny and engaging. Incredible tour made even more enjoyable by our tour guide, Carol! I would rate this tour with Carol 6 stars if it was an option because she is a fabulous tour guide! The scenery from the cable car to the Golden Bridge to the French Village and the Indochina Buddhist Temple was breathtaking! We were in awe of all the fascinating facilities, statues, and gardens! Our tour guide, Carol is a local and provides very informative historical perspectives about the evolution of Da Nang and Ba Na Hills. This is a "must do" tour, and if you are lucky, you will get Carol assigned as your tour guide. The cable car ride is a highlight! It's about 15 minutes and Carol helped explain many aspects of the sights we viewed during the cable car ride. The western buffet lunch was also worth it as it offers a very large variety of different international cuisines to pick from, including many vegetarian dishes. Overall, I cannot recommend this tour enough! Go see for yourself, and you will not regret the time or money spent, particularly if you get lucky like we did and are assigned Carol as your tour guide!

Tien, our guide, was great. She paid close attention to us in the busy crowds, was very knowledgeable, and spoke good English. We purchased the WOW pass with our admission fee, which I highly recommend if it's busy, as it allowed us to skip a lot of long queues. There's plenty to do for a full day and we really enjoyed the experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Ba Na Hills was one of the highlights of our trip to Da Nang. The cable car ride offered breathtaking views of the mountains and forests, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination itself. The Golden Bridge was even more impressive in person and definitely worth seeing. We also enjoyed exploring the French Village, beautiful gardens, and the many entertainment activities throughout the park. Everything was clean, well organized, and suitable for visitors of all ages. The weather was cool and refreshing, providing a nice break from the city's heat. There were plenty of restaurants and attractions, so it was easy to spend the entire day exploring. Overall, Ba Na Hills is a must-visit destination in Vietnam. The stunning scenery, unique architecture, and fun activities make it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
