Great visit. Wonderful exhibits and in a great and stately building as well. Nice and calm atmosphere in which to enjoy the wonderful works of art!

My sister and I booked tickets for the evening entry at 6:30 PM on June 25. We arrived at 6 o'clock and waited on thesteps in 100° weather. At 6:30 a museum worker checked our tickets and informed us that there was a special event going on and we were not permitted to enter. She did however say we could come the next day when we showed up with our tickets, the day we spent 20 minutes, trying to persuade the museum admission employees to let us in. Ultimately the ticket manager came over and said the only way he would let us in was if we bought new tickets, which we did. I want a full refund for the two tickets purchased (through Trip Advisor that I paid approximately $46). Thank you oh this was right now.

A little wait outside for open day tickets when gallery opened but not so bad. The Impressionism gallery on the top is incredible. Beautiful architecture throughout. Though large number of people queueing to get in such a large gallery didn’t feel cramped at all.

Tickets did not work. PDF tickets were not downloadable. Link to tickets resulted in 404 error. Voucher barcode not valid, which explained in an email and understood. I had to purchase an entry at the museum ticket office instead which was faster, easier, and more affordable than booking through this site. Calling the tour operator’s number also did not work. This provided zero additional value or convenience to justify the expense of the marked up price.

Get into the museum every hour if the date you have booked, without to be anxious 9f the time you have reached the museum

We wanted to be sure we did get into the Museum d Orsay on the only day we had some time available, so we bought our tickets direct through Trip Advisor, with a definite day, but any time during the day. It worked out just fine. We were able to bring our confirmation text and email on our phone, and it was a very smooth entry into the Museum. I will add that the folks working the door, were helpful to us in finding the right information, within our confirmation. All in all, a verry easy way to get a ticket. The Museum itself, is wonderful, plan on 2-3 hours for your visit, or more.

This is just the ticket. Loved having the flexibility to go anytime of day. Ticket delivered as expected. I had to cancel (and I re-booked as plans changed) and there was no issue. Very happy with this provider. The museum itself is spectacular. Very manageable compared to the Louvre . It was crowded when I went but I expected this.

tickets was sent via email the day before. downloaded to my phone with bar code. First, there is no separate entrance, there is a long line for 2.2 entrance and then when you finally got to the entrance, the bar code was not valid. Fortunately, there is a nice staff.helping out and find the right code to use. Not very smooth experience, needs better instruction.

Absolutely seamless way to see the museum D'orsay. Not sure why others said they had a problem! It almost kept me from doing it through Viator, which our family has always found to be reliable. This was no exception! The day before we received a barcode and entered the museum with no problem through the exact entrance we were told. We were able to see every exhibit without an issue. I highly recommend as the museum website was booked up and much more confusing. We were very grateful for this option to see this fantastic museum!
