Ski Dubai was fantastic. Viator did not send our tickets beforehand and we had to contact an agent to send it. We also paid for a premium experience and while talking to the agent was told we could not see the penguins and we also did not get the hot chocolate and photo that was supposed to be included. We did not want to disappoint the children and took the tickets for the cheaper option. What is the use of booking the tickets beforehand and not getting it? Wil we get a refund for the difference?

What a wondetful day we Spent at Dubai snow resort! Highly recommend the premium ticket, as you Will be able to do everything and enjoy a special encounter with penguins!!! Soooo nice!!!! Be ready with warm clothes, as its very cold inside and if you Spend there several hours it Will be painful. Be prepared for a full day experience if you want to experience everything.
