エアコン付きの乗り物に乗ってルエダのアペラシオンまで移動します。
次の目的地はブドウ園です。ブドウの木の成長サイクルについて話し合い、その後ワイナリーに戻って 3 種類のワインを試飲します。
ランチ ランチはミシュランの星1つを獲得したレストランに向かい、ワインのペアリングとともにテイスティングメニューを楽しむ。
最初の訪問先は、修道士とゆかりのある歴史あるワイナリーです。地下のセラーを見学した後、ワインを屋外のデミジョンで酸化させる醸造工程を見学します。これは現在ではあまり行われていませんが、ルエダの歴史において非常に重要なものです。ワイナリーの見学後、ガイド付きの試飲を行います。
ツアーを終了するために、ピックアップ地点に戻ります。

What a great way to see and experience wines from Rueda. Michael was exceptional in his communication, sharing information from the region and coordinating the entire day. Lunch was also phenomenal and the wine pairing with wines from the region truly elevated the experience. Would recommend to our friends and family. Thanks Michael for a great day/experience.

We loved this very unique, day tour of white wine (most of the other tours feature red wine) paired with a very special tasting menu/lunch at a Michelin Star restaurant. Michael is an incredible guide with so much knowledge of the wineries of Spain as well as globally. Highly recommend!
