Although we were sold our tickets as skip the queue tickets and this was not the case, the guided tour itself was brilliant.
Alessia, out tour guide was lovely and was very knowledgeable filling our time appropriately with facts about the different areas, monuments and artwork of the basilca. Her English was very good and was very easy to understand. She would get the group involved by asking questions to see what knowledge we had on the things we were seeing. At the end of the tour we had the chance to pay extra to go to the top of the basilica but with us already having plans for the rest of the day, the 40 minute wait was not ideal. Will definitely return to do this. Would highly recommend Alessia as a tour guide and would happily go on one of her tours again.

Dear Danny,
Thank you so much for the brilliant review and for highly recommending Alessia! We are thrilled that her deep knowledge and engaging approach made your tour so memorable. Please note that security lines are mandatory for everyone at the Vatican, but we are glad the experience was still wonderful and hope to welcome you back for the dome climb soon!

The best guide in Rome.
We had a beautiful tour inside St. Peter's Basilica with Daniel, who was very simple in his explanations but at the same time told us the history in detail. Thanks from the heart for the beautiful experience, super recommended!

Perfect but a bit too expensive.
Very understandable and excellent guide, perhaps a bit too expensive.
