Incredible experience! The agency took care of absolutely everything and made the trip work perfectly. They were always available to answer our questions and very attentive to ensuring everything turned out as planned.
It was truly perfect, they took care of every detail and everyone who worked with them was extremely punctual, kind, and very helpful.
If we were to return, it would undoubtedly be with Andean Peru again. The chosen hotels were incredible and very well located, the transfers were always punctual, the lunches were very delicious, and, in general, everything was perfectly organized. In addition, they had many thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special.

Wonderful agency!
I highly recommend the agency Andean Peru Explore. They were super attentive and kind and managed to get Machu Picchu tickets for me and my family at the last minute (other agencies didn't have them), and everything was wonderful from the transport, the incredible guide, and even a super cute gift. I would do the same tour again with the same agency, I loved it!!!

1 bucket list done
our bucket list to visit checked out. it's a long day of travel from cusco but it's worth. alex picked up us from our hotel in time for a 2hrs car ride to the train station at ollantaytambo, he didn't leave us until we were safe at the train station. train. ride was about 2 hrs ride & we met a lady with our name but u forgot her name and walked us toward the bus station at aguas caliente. then road a 1 he bus ride to the entrance of machu pichu and met with our tour guide john & his right hand man. place was a picture perfect. me & the wife felt like we at the postcard. the place was magnificent, picture say a thousand words but seeing it with your naked eyes there's not any words can't explained. he was very knowledgeable about the history of machu pichu. john and his friend rode the bus with us to agua caliente & showed us where the restaurant for us to eat & how to get back to the train station. when we arrived at allantaytambo there was rudy our driver back to cusco, he was great & able to manage to bring us back to our hotel safe. also would like to thanks milagros from the travel agent from Andean Peru Exploor she was very professional, make sure we have all our tickets for the transportation & in place. arrange our ride from & to our hotel and arriving safe. thank you very much for filling one of our bucket list

Great Day at Machu Picchu!
This was a fantastic experience. Andean Peru Explorer communicated often and early, was able to get us the circuit we wanted and a slightly later time ao we didn't have to leave Cusco at 3:00 am. Our am pickup was fantastic, the train was great (definitely recommend the Vistadome) and the tour was informative, exciting and professional. The only struggles was that we needed to wait a few minutes for our guide, as Machu Picchu will only let guides in once every 3 hours, and our guide had already done one tout that morning.

Amazing experience!...
Amazing experience! Everything was handled for us, private ride to train station, train ride, bus to Machu Pichu, and private guided tour as well. Weather couldn't have been better also!

I have no words to thank Peru Andean Exploor for all the care, safety and, most importantly, the impeccable organization. Always very attentive, anticipating information, extremely punctual and clear with schedules and guidelines. The hotels chosen and the restaurant bookings were excellent, and I can’t help but mention the guides: everyone who served us was friendly, attentive and made our trip even more special and charming, besides the beauty of the beautiful city of Inka. If I could give you a thousand stars, I would without thinking twice! If you want to know Cusco and live an experience with excellent care, I recommend Peru Andean Exploor!

The best experience

18 hours well-spent
Exceptionally well-organized. The day before our tour we received an envelope with our entrance passes and train tickets. The company sent a driver to our hotel, the driver escorted us all the way to the train gate, a second guide met us to direct us to our bus, and our third guide met us near the entrance to give us a guided tour. They all communicated their locations via WhatsApp so there was never any confusion. Our guide Javier was very engaging and gave us lots of interesting information about everything we saw, and was happy to take all the photos we wanted.
Lunch was also included, which was a fun surprise.
