The pickup was smooth and perfectly on time. We had a small breakfast before getting to the balloons. It was so cool seeing all the balloons taking off in the pre-dawn darkness. Halil was an awesome guide, he was funny and very nice. Smooth sailing the whole time with beautiful views in every direction. Long flight time which was great! Professional landing right onto the truck. Dress warmly!

We had an amazing experience with the Cappadocia balloon tour, and I would highly recommend it, especially the Saigon Valley route for anyone who loves nature and beautiful landscapes. The pickup from our hotel was around 4:00 AM and everything was right on time. The breakfast was simple but perfectly fine, with enough food to enjoy before the flight. The highlight of the experience was definitely our balloon pilot, Halil. He was friendly, helpful, funny, and clearly very experienced. What impressed us most was his knowledge of exactly where to position the balloon to catch the sunrise. Watching the sun slowly rise over the Cappadocia landscape was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to enjoy the whole experience from the very first glimpse of sunlight. The landing was also incredibly smooth. Halil made sure we landed safely and close to the vehicle, so everything was easy and stress-free until the very end. He even made us laugh with his joke: when he asked if it was our first time in a balloon, we said yes, and he replied, “Mine too!” 😂 It was such a funny moment and perfectly captured his great sense of humour. Overall, we loved this tour. If your priority is experiencing Cappadocia’s incredible nature, landscapes, and sunrise rather than simply getting photos of lots of balloons, I highly recommend the Saigon Valley tour. And if you get Halil as your pilot, you’re in for a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful hot air balloon tour experience in Cappadocia with Lord Balloons. From takeoff to landing, everything went exactly on time and according to plan; the team worked in a highly coordinated manner. ​Our guide, Mr. Halil, was very experienced in his job; the information he provided throughout the flight and his calm approach instilled confidence. We climbed quite a bit higher than we expected, but we had a smooth and comfortable flight without any turbulence, and our landing was also seamless. ​The champagne served after the flight, the chocolate-covered strawberries, and the inclusion of fruit juice for non-drinkers were nice touches. Receiving medals in commemoration of the day was also a nice gesture. We would like to thank the entire team and especially Mr. Halil for their efforts; we wholeheartedly recommend it.
