Definitely a great night of fun , good food , wine and entertainment. Loved the authenticity of this 14th century Castle. The overall experience was well worth the price and included access to the early village of Bunratty. The period costumed actors performed throughout our 2 hour banquet and kept us all engaged with lively banter, hillarious interactions with guests and lovely Irish singing and music. The actors also delivered our 4 course meals in a timely manner. Each course was delivered hot and was delicious.

I’ve been to many Renaissance fairs over the years, but this Medieval reenactment was on a completely different level — the most authentic and enjoyable one I’ve ever attended. Truly the highlight of my time here in Ireland. My family and I dressed in full Medieval attire, and not only did we fit right in, we actually got to be part of the show. It was an absolute blast. Even though we arrived about 30 minutes late, the staff went above and beyond. They searched for us after the gates had already closed and still made sure we got inside quickly and comfortably. Their kindness and hospitality made the night even more memorable. If you’re ever in County Clare, I highly recommend the Bunratty Castle Medieval Banquet. It’s an experience you won’t forget.

We had so much fun at the banquet. Definitely a theatrical and unique experience. We drank mead and wine and had plenty of food. Loved meeting other people visiting Ireland as well. Food was soda bread & soup, vegetables, chicken, dessert and coffee or tea at the end. It wasn’t 5-star food, but decent. The actors, singers, musicians are very talented. One of our favorite parts of our trip.

Our evening at Bunratty Castle was great! Everything about the experience was enjoyable; delicious food, delightful entertainment and attentive service. We would definitely recommend this experience!

The medieval banquet was a great experience. The location in the castle and the entertainers all in costume was very authentic. The entertainment was wonderful and the food was really good. I would highly recommend this experience.

Great time. Good food and music. Full evening does not end until eleven o’clock. Count on 70 E for round trip taxi from Limerick.

So much fun! The entire experience was delightful. I loved being greeted by the bagpipe player in full regalia! The costumed characters were professional and welcoming. Their singing was beautiful & the violinist was the perfect accompianament to our feast. I personally loved the mead & bought a bottle at the airport later to bring home. The meal was delicious and I appreciated the vegetarian option. If you have any mobility issues be aware that you will be climbing a lot of ancient stone stairs!
