Nick was incredible..Maade.an extra stop so we could get distilled water. No problem....We had changed hotels and we had us there with no problem.
Very quick pickup from Sangster airport to resort in Falmouth. Hanif brought us to resort - he was friendly and told us about the areas we were visiting. Lennox brought us back to airport and was so kind. Both were professional and safe drivers. Highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again in the future.
Nick did an excellent job arranging my transport from the airport to the hotel. He was very communicative. Nick checked in during my stay and made sure I was updated about my ride back to the airport.
I just used the privat airport transport service in Jamaica, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! After doing a lot of research, I found this to be the most affordable option—only $30 for both of us round trip, compared to the $30 per person my hotel was charging. Communication was seamless; it was easy to text and coordinate where to meet the driver. Pickup was smooth, and our driver, Hamilton, was an absolute joy! He was friendly, professional, and even made a stop for us at KFC since we wanted to try it (luckily, it was early, so there was no long wait). If you’re visiting Jamaica and need reliable, budget-friendly transportation, I highly recommend this service! Great prices, excellent service, and a wonderful way to start your trip stress-free.

Upon booking, the system asked for my destination, which was provided, in addition to my return transfer date information. Once in Jamaica, we were told that the price listed on Viator was only for local transportation and we would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $80 to get to our location. I was not given a confirmation for the return transfer, which is TODAY, January 20, 2025 @12:15pm. Hopefully the driver takes my word for it. This is totally unacceptable!!!
You booked the transportation a day before the arrival date and was advised that your hotel is 45mins away and we are not able to provide a private transportation for $30usd. Upon arrival you said you did not get the message they explained it at the desk which you said you understood it you were advised you will be placed on a shared for $30usd total you did not pay $80 and we have the receipts text messages and email to prove that for the return the driver had your name on his pick up list which was sent to him. Also the confirmation was sent to your husband email which the representative at the desk sent to him before you were placed on the bus which you also showed the representative that you had received the email confirmation with your pick up time for the 20th of January 2025. It’s unacceptable that you would write a review lying about the service that was provided
Overall experience is good, but here is what you need to know. It is a round-trip transfer. Yet when the reservation was made through viator, there was no way to enter the arrival date, airline and flight#. I texted the customer service to provide this information. Finding the representative at Montego Bay airport may be somewhat tricky. On arrival I was told to find Shaggy at counter#11 before I exit the building of the airport. He wasn't there, but I found him outside by asking reps of other companies.
