Steve gave us a wonderful overview and positive experience in his entertaining tour of this beautiful city, Bruges. Fun little side walking tour with Stephen. Informative with lots of stories. After booking this, we thought it might be a free walking tour you can pick up in Bruges.
In our experience this tour was a con. We turned up at 11am and there was nobody from “Green” Tours - Maria (from Ambassador Free Walking Tours) said that she had us down on her list but there was no chocolate or waffles. This was a free tour! So we paid in advance to Viator and received nothing from them. In the end, Maria was brilliant but obviously expected a healthy tip as her tour was free. In effect we paid twice. Very disappointed with Viator
Hi we are very sorry that you missed our tour. Your tour guide was waiting for you on the market square but you didn’t arrive. He tried to call you but it was voicemail so he had to leave on time. You have a contact phone number in case you can’t find your guide and we appreciate if you stay online and read our follow ups on WhatsApp or iMessage.
This guide kept us focused on his tour via his personality and funny stories. His voice was very clear and understandable. You was very knowledgeable although he jokingly said that some guides answer questions with BS. My wife and I score him a five out of five. We forget his name, but he ran the tour on September 20th.At two o'clock.
