This was the best activity ever. We rented the catamaran just for our group, which was awesome. The people on the boat were very accommodating and a lot of play around music while we’re out to sea. The communication between management and getting us to where we needed to be with exceptional through WhatsApp. The only critique I have was when we finished our boat ride. I cannot find our driver to take us back to the hotel. Someone else from the tour crew, wearing his same shirt, was there. When I asked him about our driver, he said oh he was over somewhere and will be coming soon. So I tried to make conversation with this guy and when I asked him his name. He refused to give it to me. Stated that he was the “boss” and he didn’t have to give his name to me. Luckily, I’m not the type to start drama however that is not good customer service and that is not how you treat people. That is why they get 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe next time he will consider giving his name in good faith instead of bad.

I like the trip everyone was friendly and the staff to. Could seen more places because we were a small group but it was fun
