Loved this tour. The air conditioned bus was comfortable. Do not wear white shoes. The long neck tribe stop has a red clay walkway that, when it rains, gets all over your shoes. They do have a feet washing station, but it pretty much dyes everything red. We absolutely loved our your guide, Benz. He gave us so much more knowledge about Thai culture and Buddhist influence than I was expecting.

They left us stranded and didn't even pay attention to us. They won't refund your money either.

We booked an excursion through Viator (reference 1443685913) and, after detecting an error in the date, we requested the change through their own platform instead of canceling and rebooking. The change was validated on our end, but due to a system failure, it was not correctly registered.
On the day of the activity, we showed up at the meeting point at the exact time indicated (we have photos with time and location as proof). The bus driver gave no explanation and left us there without being able to board. We had to
hire a private driver on our own so as not to waste the day.
The most serious part: when complaining via chat, a Viator representative acknowledged verbatim that the reservation was valid for that morning, but later they tried to justify it by saying that "we didn't show up" — something that our photos completely disprove.
We offered to use the amount as a balance for another excursion at our next destination (Krabi). They rejected it. They did not accept the cancellation or any reasonable solution. We have had to go to our bank to dispute the charge.
If something goes wrong on their part, do not expect them to take responsibility. Be very careful about booking here.

Cuando se presentaron en el punto de encuentro el día 5, el autobús estaba completamente lleno y, al no habernos notificado previamente, no fue posible atenderles. Entendemos su frustración con la plataforma, pero al no haberse procesado la modificación, la fecha oficial de su reserva se mantuvo para el día 6.

Excellent tour with Ruby
I booked this trip for my family and I extremely last minute. We wanted to see Chiang Rai, but it was logistically difficult to do on our own in such a short amount of time.
This tour was exactly what we needed! The staff was organized, spoke perfect English, and were extremely well-informed and funny. Our guide, Ruby, was excellent and answered all our questions perfectly. She marked the bus, and told us exactly when to come back. We were able to see the long neck tribe village, hot springs, blue temple, white temple, and the lady guanyin temple in just one day! Ruby also went out of her way to accommodate my mother, who has some trouble walking, during most of the trip.
Overall, one of the best experiences qe had in the north of thailand. Our guide, Ruby, made this tour excellent.

Dee, our tour guide, was beyond amazing!! She went out of her way to inform and encourage everyone, maximising the time we spent at the temples. Anyone that is lucky enough to have her on board the trip will have a great time! The temples were absolutely stunning, could not fault a single part of the trip (aside from maybe the lengthy journey - can’t be controlled) ☺️

A great day out in chaing rai
I really enjoyed the tour. Our guide Kavee was excellent and made sure everyone was comfortable, giving us a lot of extra information about Thailand as well as the temples.

We had a great time! Ann...
We had a great time! Ann was our tour guide and she was amazing! The bus was comfortable and cold! The temples were amazing and breathtaking even though it rained on us we still had a great time! This is a must do excursion when you come to Chiang Mai!
