Regarding the pickup time, we had informed guests in advance that the pickup would be between 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM. However, during this time, you were away having lunch, which caused a delay for the group. As this is a group tour, unfortunately the waiting time cannot be extended too long as it would affect the schedule of other guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the vehicle condition, air conditioning and tour guide. Regarding the $10 surcharge, this was applied because your hotel is located outside of our standard pickup area. Although it is close to the Old Town, you selected the option that includes Marble Mountains, which is approximately 30–40 km away from the main operating route. We would like to emphasize that: The surcharge policy was clearly stated in the booking details. We informed you again immediately after your reservation. You confirmed and agreed to the additional fee before the tour took place. For this reason, the surcharge was applied transparently and in accordance with our policy. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the basket boat experience, as this is often a highlight for many guests. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the confusion you experienced with communication and the dinner arrangements.
