A very good experience in Bangkok with incredible panoramic views over the city. The rooftop is especially impressive around sunset and after dark when Bangkok lights up.
Everything was well organized, and the meeting/pickup process was easy. The experience itself is memorable, although I feel the price is a little high for the amount of time you spend at the top.

Definitely worth visiting at least once, especially if it is your first trip to Bangkok.

The tickets were easy to...
The tickets were easy to swap at the booths. There are two floors. We went up around sunset and the lower one has air conditioning so was good when the sun was still out. We went up after sunset and there are tables available after reaching a spending limit. Fantastic views with good music.

Perfect way to see the size of Bangkok
A very good view point at top with lots id seating areas to take it all in. Glass floor is good fun and the drop lift if you are brave enough. Good value for money in comparison to other skyscrapers I have visited in the world

Amazing 360° view of the city and thrills
Walking on a transparent floor more than 300 meters high at the top of one of Bangkok's largest towers: what an incredible experience!
The visit is well organized and well supervised, you feel safe even when you are, like me, dizzy.
The view from the 78th floor is breathtaking and allows to take the measure of the megalopolis that is Bangkok.
Possibility to have a drink on this exceptional roof top.
We also did the skyverse, an immersive and fun experience on the 2nd floor of the tower: very nice.
If you like to take a little height and thrills, skywalking is a must during your visit to Bangkok!

Mahanakhon sky walk the highest in Bangkok
Visiting Mahanakhon Skywalk in Bangkok was an unforgettable experience! 😍 The 360-degree views of the city from the 78th floor are breathtaking, especially during sunset. The glass skywalk is exhilarating, with a transparent floor that's perfect for thrill-seekers.
The observation deck is spacious and air-conditioned, with plenty of seating areas to take it all in. I loved grabbing a drink at the rooftop bar and enjoying the view. Be prepared for crowds, but it's worth it for the stunning cityscape.
Tips: visit in the afternoon or evening for the best views, wear comfortable shoes, and bring sunscreen. 👍

Not all the services you pay for!
On the whole it was ok, the view magnificent. But disappointing from an organizational point of view. I booked Sunset 7-10pm. So it was on the ticket! But then I was rebooked to 4-7 p.m. The price was of course paid for evening admission. When asked why times differ, I didn't get a response from either Viator or the organizer. It was only at the ticket office at the entrance that I was told that a closed event was taking place from 7 pm. Great! I didn't pay the money for 4:00. In addition, the ticket included a food package. The staff on site didn't know about this!! So... I feel slightly ripped off...

Great experience
I only paid for admission not the actual walk which I didn't realize until I arrived. This was not clear to me when I purchased. I had to purchase an additional ticket to actual walk out when I arrived and I did. Confirm what you are purchasing prior to purchase.

The driver picked us up...
The driver picked us up at the Hotel and did not return to pick us up. I asked him if he was taking us back to the hotel and he informed us that Viator was sending someone for us and we would be contacted via WhatsApp. He took a photo of us claiming whoever was picking us up would recognize us. Very dishonest and deceiving. That's the reason we payed extra.

Good experience - recommend
Good, professionaly run viewing platform. No queues.
Large, secure, free lockers on ground floor to leave your bags (not allowed on viewing decks)
Air-con viewing floor to see all the views in comfort
Top / open floor with 360 views, but can be very hot.
Plenty of seating. Walk of faith glass overhang is a good experience. No phones allowed on the overhang, so ask a friend to take photos from the side. Must wear provided covers over your shoes.
Took about an hour overall
