Our Jack the Ripper tour with Big Ben was hands-down one of the best walking tours I’ve ever taken! Big Ben was an exceptional guide—incredibly knowledgeable, captivating, and a master storyteller. He brought 1888 Whitechapel to life with vivid details, historical context, and incredible depth without ever feeling dry or overly sensationalized. The pace was great, the atmosphere was haunting, and I learned so much about the victims and the investigation that I never knew before. If you’re going to do a Ripper tour in London, do yourself a favor and book with Big Ben!

I have done several tour in London. Last year, I got a recommendation from a fried on the goust tour of "London with a local". It was by far the best tour I have been in. Not only in London but also around the world. Until yesterday. Jake the Ripper tour was extraordinary. Booby our guide was a natural storyteller and he realy got us to Whitechaple during the Victorian era. Telling us about the victims who mattered is absolutely the right way to hear and learn about Jake the ripper murderers. Highly recommend. This company, this tour and Booby.

Ash was a very knowledgeable guide, and I really appreciated the emphasis on the woman who’s lives were taken, rather then focusing on the killer. He also included a bit of history of the local area and personal experience growing up in London. The meeting point was a little difficult to find as tower hill station had multiple entry points. Some more specific instructions would help

Original and thoughtful tour. Learned a ton, laughed a little along the way (only at appropriate things, of course). Really appreciated the angle of the conversation and a fun evening exploring London.

It was Amazing!! Bobby was so Kind and knew so much! Though the concept of learning about period and victims, rather than the conspiracy theories, was Very interesting! Would do Again!

Ben was an utterly captivating guide. He’s a historian who studied at Cambridge and clearly knows Jack the Ripper inside out. Need I say more? But who was Jack the Ripper? Ben brings the story to life and gives you plenty to ponder about who the ultimate suspect might have been. We were hooked from start to finish.

Such an amazing experience. Fun to see some of the different sites as well as hear the history. Ashe was an amazing tour guide. So animated and fun in telling the stories. Would highly recommend! Definitely do in the evening as it’s getting dark. Adds a great atmosphere!

This tour was incredible! Ben was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable on all of London’s history and he really brought the time period to life. The tour was thoughtful and respectful of the victims’ lives and we really learned so much, all while having an excellent time!
