We went on the boat today as a family with 4 children and it was an absolute disaster and a rip-off. Not only were the supposedly free soft drinks the cheapest of the cheap. No, there were 4 bottles lying around that all passengers were "allowed" to help themselves from. The lunch was not a lunch, but rather inedible food on dirty plates, served by the crew without any hygienic standards. And anyone who wants to drink water can get tap water from an old and dirty cooling unit into a mini plastic cup. Hygiene is non-existent here. Furthermore, the boat is dirty and the toilets are beyond words. The return transport then takes place partly on additional metal benches without seat belts, and the staff becomes aggressive when you point this out to them. All in all, an unworthy undertaking for civilized standards.

The boat trip lasted about 4.5 hours, we swam in beautiful bays, the food was fantastic, thank you to the staff.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disappointing boat trip in Alanya. We were told beforehand that a 0.5 l beer costs €5 – in the end, we only got 0.33 l for €7. That was already the first downside. After departing, there was only a 10-minute swimming stop, then we went straight into extremely strong waves. Many guests had to vomit, experienced dizziness, and everything on the boat was flying around. There was no help or support from the crew. After a short time, the trip, which was actually sold as a 5-hour tour, was already canceled after about 1 hour, and the boat headed to a harbor. Due to severe seasickness, a small boat was organized after consulting with the captain – for that, we also had to pay an additional €4 per person. In the harbor, we were then completely left alone. No water, no assistance, no doctor, nothing. Afterward, we also had to pay €15 for a taxi back to the starting point. When we addressed the organizers about this, there was no willingness to accommodate, no refund, and instead only an outrageous attitude. The return transport came only after about 3 hours of waiting – in an ancient disaster bus. Overall, absolutely poor service, chaotic organization, and pure money-making. Definitely not recommended.

We were a bigger group of young people, and it was a perfect fit for us. We had a lot of fun.

Today on the Viking Alanya boat trip, my daughter wanted a temporary tattoo for €15. The girl serving at the till and the girl doing the tattoo deliberately charged me €30 instead when I paid by card. Only after I confronted them did they return the extra money. This is dishonest and unacceptable. I hope the manager sees this because many other tourists are probably victims of the same scam. We were on a Viking Area boat tour today. My daughter wanted to get a temporary tattoo for €15. The girl standing in the safe and the tattooing girl willingly took €30 off the card. The account was requested, but my money was refunded. This is completely unhonest behavior. I hope the boat manager sees it because other tourists are likely to be the same victims.

We have been spending our holidays in Turkey for years! This has been our worst boat tour yet. As far as promising drinks go, it's absolute garbage. The water is connected somewhere and comes from a saponified tap. The food inedible. Ice cream, sweets have been there for who knows how long. And taste a usury. You get forced into something all the time. The stops for swimming are far too short and you are constantly under stress and pressure. You can't enjoy the swim breaks at all, because it smells so much like diesel! ABSOLUTE RIPPERS!!!
