集合時間は、船が港に着いてから 1 時間後に予定されています。船の時間と現地時間は異なる場合があるため、それに応じて集合時間を調整しました。船の到着時間が変更になった場合、集合時間は到着から 1 時間後のままです。船が到着する前にツアー担当者が対応しますので、可能であれば、着岸後 1 時間より早く下船できます。1 時間以内に到着できない場合は、担当者がお待ちしていますのでご安心ください。 手順 マホガニー ベイ カーニバル クルーズ ポート: 場所の見つけ方 * ショッピング センターを通り抜けます。 * 屋根付き通路から出て、カーニバル タクシーとバスを見つけます。 * 道路に着いたら左に曲がり、セキュリティ ゲートまで上り坂を歩きます。 * 小さな丘を下ると、一番下に「ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES」と書かれた看板を持ったスタッフがいます。 「ロアタン港、コクセンホール」への集合方法。 • 船を降りたら、港まで歩いてください。お店を通り過ぎ、右手にある人工岩と壁の絵を通り過ぎてください。 • 右に曲がると、「ピラニャ ジョー」というお店があります。 • そのまま進みます。「トゥカン ギフトショップ」に着く前に右に曲がってください。 • 屋根の下を歩き、「港事務所」、「タクシー」、「出口」の方向の港の標識に従ってください。屋根付きのパビリオンに着きます。両側には屋台が並び、ツアーを宣伝する会社が出店しています。 • このエリアをまっすぐ進み、歩道に沿ってまっすぐ進みます。セキュリティ ゲート 1 を探して、そこから出てください。 • セキュリティ ゲートのすぐ外に「ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES」という看板があります。 ロアタン島のホテルにご宿泊の場合は、詳細と住所をお知らせいただければ、適切な日時にお迎えに上がります。当社のチームがすべてがスムーズに進むようお手伝いしますので、手間がかかりません。

Good experience, beautiful beach
Our driver, Johnny, was a true gentleman. Knew exactly what we needed to do to make our day complete.
Kendrick was waiting patiently for us and was very kind and polite. We enjoyed our time on this island and the beach! Kendrick was absolutely amazing!
The resort was clean, the staff was very helpful and spoke English. The beach had white clean sands, with vendors selling fruits, massages and activities. Our driver Kenitza spoke English very well was polite and helpful. The price for what you get here is 100% worthwhile.
We had a great day at a beautiful beach. Carlos was friendly and got us to the beach club quickly and safely. He gave us a quick “lay of the land” and helped us get set up with our beach chairs. He also offered to help with the beach vendors if we wanted anything. He waited at the beach club for us and was ready to go when we were. The beach and water were beautiful. Would book the same thing again if we ever cruise to Roatan again.
Cynthia was an amazing guide around the island. She pointed out different areas and made sure we saw all of the island. She even made sure we could stop and see the monkeys, sloths and birds on our way to the beach. Once we got to the beach she explained everything there was to do for free and even made us feel safe with the local vendors on the beach.
We loved our day and discovery of Roatan. Our driver Hendry was with us the whole time and guided and advised us really well! He was super attentive and really wanted our experience to be top-notch! Our 1st stop in the morning was at the Henry Morgan Beach Club, per our driver's advice, to be sure to get good spots/lounge chairs in the shade. The fine white sand beach and the crystal-clear water were great! The Henry Morgan resort, which was only okay for the pool, and the restrooms really left something to be desired. We went snorkeling for 1hr and what a fantastic experience!! Fish and coral in abundance, it was truly incredible and the water was so clear!! Afterward we stopped at the Rum and Cake factory and then Hendry took us to have lunch at a local seafood restaurant by the sea! It was truly a beautiful experience and we fell in love with Roatan and want to return! I highly recommend doing business with Roatan Tucan Adventures with a private driver!
The private driver takes you to the resort and stays with you the whole day! Family enjoys the beach and the pool.
Ivan, our guide, greeted us and took us to the beautiful beach front at Henry Morgan. Beach is perfect with light bluish water and white sand. Everything offered to us exactly as described. Our guide is perfect and nice. We had a great talk and we really enjoyed his companionship. He was there when we needed him and he was there at the promised time so he could take us back to port on time. Very good excursion experience.
Neil was our driver for the day and was prompt and friendly when we arrived at the port. His car was clean and comfortable. He drove safely throughout the day. We asked Neil many questions about the Island and the culture and he was more than happy to tell us about life on Roatan. Neil took us to our resort and got us checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. He also suggested a timeline for when we could leave and make a stop on the way back to port. Neil was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great and memorable day. We will definitely be using this company again next year and hope to see Neil again. The day was fantastic at Henry Morgan resort and the souvenir shop and chocolate factory were great recommendations! Neil is the type of person you would plan a vacation around just so you could spend the day with him, knowing it will be fantastic!
