They need to work on their passenger pick up process
The airport pickup did not go as smoothly as expected. Although I had provided the tour company with my itinerary, no driver was present when I arrived, and my initial attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful. After I reached out to Viator, the company responded and explained that construction in the arrivals area required me to meet the driver at departures, a short walk away.
The driver was very apologetic, the vehicle was luxurious, and the transfer to my Airbnb was smooth. Despite the positive conclusion, the delay of more than an hour and the communication issues led me to deduct one star; otherwise, the experience would have been excellent.

Prompt and safe transportation service
Our experience with this company was up to par. Our driver was prompt, safe and customer service oriented. Although I would not necessarily consider a Tesla a luxurious car, we were happy with the service. We would recommend them to anyone.

Solo woman left stranded in foreign country late at night and company marked completed!
Left me stranded late a night...a woman traveling alone in a foreign country! I booked well in advance and provided flight details etc. The driver did not show up, no contact, and then this company marked as they completed the service! DO NOT BOOK with this group!

The best service in Bucharest!
A quality service! I went with my girlfriend from Bucharest to Brasov, and I sincerely thank you for this quality service, I have used other transport services, but everything is different with you, from the driver to the car and the whole atmosphere and the pleasant conversation on road! Thank you once again and I will come back to you again next time!
