Booked with short notice, but quick confirmation from the provider. Picked up on time from hotel, in a spotlessly clean air-conditioned car by Leo.
A really nice guy, gave us plenty of information, water and hand wipes.
Waited for us patiently and dropped os off safely after our tour.

Excellent
We were lucky Austin was our your guide. He made our tour very special. His English is very good. We learnt a lot about Vietnam, the dynasty and the Pagodas. Austin answered all our questions patiently, he even helped us with Railway booking.
All places we visited, the Pagodas, the Tiger Arena, Incence village and Dragon boat ride was very nice!

Very Interesting Tour.
We had the opportunity and good luck to have Austin as our guide for this half day tour of the tombs.
He is excellent,Knowledgeable,polite and very helpful. Inspire of the morning rain,heavy at times, he guided through the historical places,describing the history, the major events that happened during the rule of this dynasty. He patiently answered all our questions not only about the places we went but general questions about Vietnam and the customs here. The tour to the incense village and Dragon boat ride was good. He recommended good places for dinner,dropping us to the place we chose to have lunch. He went over and beyond in helping with the Rail reservations.Last but not the least his English is excellent!

We are truly sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we sincerely regret any disappointment you may have felt during the trip.
We would also like to clarify a few important points for future travelers.
This customer was traveling alone and specifically booked a private car and a private Dragon Boat, which naturally results in a higher price than a shared group tour. The customer was fully informed of and accepted the price before confirming the booking.
Our product description clearly states which services and expenses are included and which are not included, including entrance fees. Our operations team also reconfirmed the services, itinerary, and additional costs with the customer before the tour. No concerns or complaints were raised by the customer at that time.
If the customer had felt that the price or arrangements were not suitable, they were free to cancel before the tour started. We never pressure or force any customer to proceed with a service they are not comfortable with.
The customer chose to proceed, and we provided exactly what was booked: a private car, a private Dragon Boat, and the agreed itinerary. There were no hidden charges, and no promised services were omitted.
Throughout the trip, our driver also provided enthusiastic and attentive support, doing his best to assist the customer and ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
We fully respect every customer's right to share their experience. However, we sincerely feel that this 2-star rating does not fairly reflect the service provided, as we fulfilled the booking exactly as agreed and all relevant costs and inclusions were clearly communicated in advance.

Tombs dragonboats and the Guide!
We have done many tours in Vietnam. Sam tours is the operator.
This guide we had(Long) was the best one. Because his English was spot on and he had the right type of humor. He was not in your face but knew when to be there and be quit
Of you book a tour ask for Long. I wish we had him all the time
Not that the others were bad but Long stood out!

An unforgettable visit.
A very nice visit to three of the most grandiose tombs of Vietnamese kings and Thien Mu Pagoda. We were accompanied by Austin whose explanations were enlightening and who knew how to answer all our questions. A cultural visit not to be missed, perfectly orchestrated.

Afternoon Adventure
Absolutely wonderful afternoon with my driver Ly. Included a bonus stop to overlook the mountains and river near Ming Manh's Tomb. He was there quickly if I finished early. Highly recommend.
