Sintra and Cascais are so beautiful; Diogo is an incredible guide, the trip was so enjoyable thanks to him.
We had Mario as our tour guide. He was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and excellent at managing such a large group. It was a bit chaotic at the beginning as there were many other tours at the morning meeting spot. But, once we got on the bus it was well organized.
A full day of sightseeing, and the Palace and Sintra are unmissable of you ate visiting Lisbon. Great to use the legs too for some of the walking past of the tour up and down hills, so not fortl the infirm or disabled id suggest. great guide J Lopes. Very funny too.
A great opportunity to visit these amazing places in Portugal. Our guide Mario was very informative about the history and special qualities of the places.
Well we loved all the planned experiences and our guide, Joao, however, we were no way prepared for the 5 miles of walking this entailed. The bus always had to park far away and the walk UP to almost everything was a lot.
You need to be fit as there is alot of walking and stairs. Great tour, it's a long day. 2 palaces in one day means not much free time but you get to see alot. Laura was a great tour guide. She kept us all in order. A word of warning, she doesn't take any crap form anyone. If you're not on the bus at the time she says, expect to get roasted in front of everyone! Thanks Laura for doing a great job. Also thanks to our skilled bus driver Loundres who negotiated a full size bus down winding narrow lanes.

Our most important tip: Ask for JLo as your guide. Wow, what a walk! JLo is incredibly knowledgeable, awesome, and has a lovely charm and humor that kept the mood on top all day. He shared fantastic restaurant tips and taught us what we should taste. Cascais became a culinary highlight thanks to him. We ate at the restaurant Jardim, which was absolutely fantastic. A burning tip from JLo: If you like Paella, try Arroz de Marisco – a traditional rice pot full of delicious seafood! We’ve had a whole day full of amazing experiences, and that’s 100% JLo’s profit.
