Our driver was over 30 minutes late to pick up up then texted asking which port even though we’d confirmed that information already. When he finally arrived, he had us go back and forth with all our luggage because he stopped in zones that were t allowed. Once we were in the vehicle he almost immediately stopped for gas as he was almost out. All this meant we were about 45 minutes behind schedule and we had to skip the castle to get to the airport on time. Additionally, the car smelled like smoke and there was dried brown stuff of questionable origin on the back of the front passenger seat. Last straw, he was talking on the phone annd watching a video on his phone most of the drive while driving us. Absolutely not worth the money.

The original booking was for a standard vehicle, but after several attempts to confirm the details and eventually connecting via WhatsApp, we arranged a larger MPV to comfortably accommodate the passengers and luggage. We did not charge you for the MPV upgrade, and we also accommodated two separate Heathrow Airport drop-offs without any additional charge.
We take your comments regarding the driver seriously. Following this feedback, the driver has been removed from our fleet.

Southampton to Heathrow
Abdullah picked us up at the cruise terminal in Southhampton. We stopped at Stonehenge, which was amazing. Our next stop was Windsor. Even though it was a Tuesday and the castle was closed, it was still worth seeing. The castle is beautiful and the town is charming, with many shops and restaurants. Abdullah gave us the time we needed to explore these landmark. He was very pleasant and professional, answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Driver Abdullah was a good safe driver, punctual, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He was proactive in giving us advice on attraction ticket purchases. A joy to ride with. We were not rushed at any of our touring stops and felt we had satisfying value overall.

Excellent driver and perfect tour
This was the perfect day - we had plenty of time to explore both Stonehenge and Windsor on our way to the airport. And the ride was very comfortable. The best part was our driver. He was so friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
