ツアーが始まる前に、集合場所でツアーガイドに会い、ツアーの簡単な説明と有名な屋台料理の食べ方についてお話をします。屋台料理だけが食べ物ではありません。すべての屋台料理を組み合わせて、有名な屋台料理を訪ね、トレインストリートを見て、エッグコーヒーを楽しみます。私たちが食べるものは次のとおりです。 -ブンチャー（焼き豚パテと麺） -フォーボー（牛肉麺）ブンリュー（カニ麺スープ） -豚肉のお粥 -ベトナム風パンケーキ（バインセオ） -バインミー -ベトナム風サラダ 屋台料理を楽しんだ後は、ガイドが特別なエリアに連れて行ってくれます。今まで見たことのない素晴らしいものを見るために、トレインストリートへ連れて行ってくれます。
食べ物を全部楽しんだ後は、トレインストリートの中を歩いてみましょう。少し歩いたり、写真を撮ったり、コーヒーショップに立ち寄って、エッグコーヒーやツアーセットの飲み物を楽しんだりできます。 その後、電車が来るのを待ちます。電車が来るのを見てください。楽しくてユニークな体験ができるでしょう。電車を見た後は、集合場所に戻るか、ホテルまで歩いて戻ります。

Our tour guides name was Hung and he was very kind and knowledgeable. My family and I had a great day today exploring all the local food spots in the area and hearing about the history behind some of the buildings. Overall I would recommend this tour for people who don’t know the area well and want to try all the delicious local food spots!!
We were met by Hung who took us on a fantastic trip around the town with so much to learn and to eat. He had so much to eat the walking helps but you definitely don't come home hungry. Miss out on lunch if you're planning to go, you will thank me later. 100-% worth it.
Wonderful trip across the old quarter eating great food in places we would never hav found on our own, and accompanied by great stories of vietnamese culture.
We had a fantastic day - Peter was very knowledgeable and took us place to try the most beautiful food . Our visit to Train Strreet was an experience to be so to close to the train- the size of it and the atmosphere was great too . Highly recommended if you are coming to do this tour!
Fabulous tour with young fun Vietnamese fellow MUSSI led us safely height the busy streets crossing crazy spots with ease - The choice of little local cafes was great Lots of small tastes of many varieties Which served as our main meal ! MUSSI was generous in sharing his culture and his life and family experience and traditions on an upbeat humours manner We felt safe and welcomed To top It off chairs saved for us In Train street where we had a cool drink whilst we watched ) almost touched ) the train pass We highly recommend to do this tour as soon as you arrive to help get your bearings of location and a personal introduction to life in Hanoi

This food tour was easily a highlight of my time in Hoi An ! If you want to experience the authentic culinary heartbeat of the city without feeling like a regular tourist, do not hesitate to book this experience. My guide Wood was fantastic!!

I joined Messi for the tour. Although I arrived late, he kindly led the full tour anyway. I learned a lot about Vietnamese table manners. Hopefully I won’t embarrass myself for the rest of the trip! In a short time I picked up the basics of Vietnamese food, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Pro tip: Messi is very sociable; ask him about the local area and Vietnam in general for a richer experience than a standard food tour.
Marcus was very knowledgeable abt local attractions and was able to get us to the train street on time. The train didn’t come at 1:40, so he extended the tour time and ensured we got a good view. Thks, Marcus.
