An excellent day tour! We absolutely loved all of it, especially Lottie world. Our tour guide Song, was very friendly and super organised - she even played our favourite K-pop songs in our mini - van. She helped us get magic passes for the theme park, so we achieved a lot in one day. She made us feel very special and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. We would definitely do this again! 😊❤️

It was an amazing experience. My tour guide Ms. Song was very helpful and professional. She made sure we had enough time to explore all 3 activities..She was very accommodating during the entire day. Our daughters were excited to dress up and enjoy the activities.

Our tour Guide Ms. Song, was extremely helpful and patient with our daughters. She was professional yet warm. She was very thoughtful and had water and chargers available for us on our arrival, Thanks to her expertise she got us successfully throughout the 3 activities in a reasonable time frame. We recommend without reservation.

We were so excited for this private Lotte World tour. Unfortunately, it was not the best for us. I think based on other people’s reviews, their tour guide too then through Lotte World. Our tour guide just shuttle us from Point A to Point B and would leave us. Pros: fast entry into Seoul Sky, Aquarium, and Lotte World. Cons: the guide did not really understand anything we said to him, although it seemed he had a script that he recited to us. When we asked questions, there was a significant language barrier or maybe he didn’t hear us? I’m not sure. We got inside Lotte World we were overwhelmed and confused. We thought the tour guide would take us to the rides where we got Magic Passes - maybe our mistake to assume that a private tour guide would do this like they do ad Disney World? This probably could have been explained better to us so we could set our expectations appropriately. Overall, glad we went and had the experience. Seoul Sky is incredible, they did such a nice job!!

This experience was the best way to familiarize yourself with all the different parts of Lotte World. Our Private tour guide Billy was the absolute best to spend the day with. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He made our first day here in Seoul an amazing experience!!

We had such an amazing experience Wookie was very helpful and very inviting. He let us really set our own pace for each thing we did. He made sure we got to each destination safely and he always had open communication with us. He gave us information during our ride about Seoul. It was overall a great experience. I definitely appreciated him picking it’s up from our hotel and dropping us off. It literally just let us come and enjoy our day.

Ms. Vivian was very cooperative and we highly recommend her as a tour guide. Ms. Alice also coordinated everything promptly. However, visiting Lotte Theme Park in May is not ideal, as it’s peak time for school and university excursions. The park was extremely crowded, and we couldn’t get on any rides. Lotte Tower was a nice experience, but it’s not infant-friendly since strollers are not allowed inside. Unlike Vanderbilt, where strollers are permitted, this can be inconvenient for families with infants. The highlight of the day was Lotte Aquarium – it was a great experience.

Best day ever at Lotte Aquarium, Tower, and World! Taylor was our guide. He was wonderful and patient. You won't regret going on this tour.

The lotte tower is amazing , we visited Paris , Seattle needle and New York , so you can trust us it was a great experience . The aquarium was also great … we had seen Seattle , Barcelona , Atlanta , New York and Florida … the lotte has more tunnel experience you will like it . The park is different it has nice rides but time is short so do some search ahead in order not to miss good things !

The tower and aquarium experience was very nice great pictures in both … the park you can skip . I wish our guide was more available for interactions with us after all it was a private tour, I think we miss out on the park because he was not with us and in the car or walk was not engage , I had 5 tours with different guides and the only one that didn’t participate or was not into make our day a memorable . I’m glad I did my homework and was able to make up for my family with what I knew .
