Native Roots and David made this day absolutely incredible! David must be one of the most well-studied, deeply passionate guides I've had in 25 years of international travel (of which is directly related to my studies and career). The experience cannot be summed up effectively, as each moment was seemingly more mind-blowing than the next. Chacchoben was a beautiful archeological site and David's words made the ancient space come alive! I was able to capture pages of notes to amplify my professional and personal practices, for which I am eternally thankful. The Mayan family lunch was simply outstanding. The food was the best meal we consumed in our week of travel in Mesoamerica. The setting was equally impressive, tranquil, and serene. The women on site were delightful and welcoming. A truly unique and not-to-miss experience. David is an absolute gem of a human and awe-inspiring in his professional depth of knowledge.
