Absolutely terrible! We booked our activity before even leaving the US for a 4 day stay in Cabo San Lucas. Our activity was scheduled for the 3rd day of our trip. 2 hours before the Sunset cruise was supposed to depart, we were already on our way to the marina, we get a message from the tour operator that there was not a sailing that night. Not sold out, not cancelled, never had a cruise scheduled. Because we were already headed to the marina, we continued down there. Why would the operator not have to follow the same 24 hour cancellation policy??? Good question. You won’t get an answer. We checked over at the booth 7D, guess what, there was a sailing, why was our Viator reservation cancelled by the operator 2 hours before is anyone’s guess, have a feeling they got enough passengers by aggressively approaching tourists at the dock, and now they don’t have to pay a fee to Viator. We were able to secure another Sunset sailboat cruise for cheaper with same food and open bar. I highly recommend Cabo Adventures for your activity choices, they have it all!!! And not one bit aggressive!! Thank you Jorge, Izzy, Raul and Arturo for a wonderful night!!! SAILS UP!
Hi Kimberly, We’re sorry this experience was frustrating and appreciate you choosing us during your vacation in beautiful Baja California. For clarity, this reservation was booked without transportation, which means guests are required to arrive directly at the marina. Because hotel information was added, our team reached out in advance as a courtesy to confirm whether transportation had been booked, but we did not receive a response, so the original meeting instructions remained in place. On the day of the tour, transportation was requested shortly before departure. Due to local transportation agreements in Los Cabos, transportation cannot be added with less than 24 hours’ notice. We did offer the option to reschedule; however, the guest was departing Los Cabos the following day. A cancellation was then requested before the tour start time. As explained, shared tours must depart on schedule and late arrivals are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. The tour was not canceled by our team and departed on time. We always aim to be transparent and fair and regret when misunderstandings impact a guest’s experience. We’re glad to hear you were able to enjoy your final evening in Los Cabos. The family had a great night. The service staff was very attentive and fun. We also had a bonus sighting- 4 humpback whales. They served tacos that were pretty good for boat food: We would use this company again.

Disappointed. Not even the company's boat in the picture, which got us completely turned around and miss directed. Sunrider Tours said this was pictures of their boat, but definitely not one of their tours. Not even sure if there was even a cruise.

Great Trip. It was a engine powered catamaran, not a sail boat(party boat style). Only reason I gave it 4 star is because it was unclear what type of Trip it was. That said, it was a great trip. We saw the the Arch, sunset and dolphins. The food was great authentic mexican food and the drink kept flowing. The upper deck is a night club the way back. The crew was super nice and the boat was very clean.

The worst company and customer service ever! Do NOT book with them! Not only did communications was not at par, they expected us to read a confirmation email from 3 months ago. On the voucher it’s said transportation included 16:30, we’re in the lobby before that time and no one showed up, I pulled the app since they only sent verifications for voucher in text the day before and on it said 4:30. When I pulled up the website I see notifications that day when I didn’t have service being on the beach that they would come 315. But regardless no one called to find out where we were. When we finally got through to the company, the lady would not let us talk, talked over us, and said we sent you email 3 months ago, I mean seriously an email from 3 months ago, which did not have a pick up time. Was absolutely arrogant and no emotional intelligence arguing with the customer. Even if it was out mistake not opening a notification sent while we had no service the day of, why argue so unprofessional with the customer.

We understand how easy it is to miss messages while on vacation, especially with limited phone service. Our team made every effort to assist you and even offered a free reschedule, but unfortunately, the conversation became difficult and we were unable to proceed. It was wonderful. Love seeing the Wales for the first time. The staff was amazing. Food was not the tacos but a special St. Patrick’s Day feast. . Best experience for our family..

This was SO great! The views were amazing. The crew was wonderful. The food was good and drinks plentiful. The live music and Dj were a great touch. And the sunset was breathtaking. Definitely recommend

I went on the Cabo Cruise Sunset Adventure with my friends for my bachelorette party, and it was amazing!! We were staying at Marquis Los Cabos, and decided to try this tour—and I’m so glad we did! The pick-up was right on time, the weather was perfect, and the views were just wow! The crew was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were great too!
