The transfer from Port to hotel was great . Along the way we saw some city highlights and got our land legs back.
We were dropped at the wrong hotel. I shared the correct address in our reservation. He did not pay attention to the address I shared, and took us to the wrong hotel. We were suppose to be going to the 4 points at the airport he took us to the 4 point diagonal. All he said was “sorry, get another cab”. Now they won’t answer the phone for Me or Viator so I can get a refund. I had to get another cab to take us to the correct location.
Friendly driver, was early to pickup which was great and got us right to our hotel. 5 of us 8 bags and backpacks. Highly recommend
