Our group was not happy with the tour. We expected to get more information about the city and the sites. For the cost of the tour we feel the cost was not justified. The driver was not a registered guide for the city.
I don't understand why you don't check the product while booking you check it thoroughly we have clearly written that this is our only transport there is no guide and no The ticket is uncrowded ok if you want to take any ticket then book 15 days in advance and tell us to buy the ticket for us then later when you complete the whole tour then why give us a bad review later are
The driver was amazing. We were suppose to have an English speaking guide for Park Guelle we didn't get although I paid for his ticket. $900 euro was very expensive for 4 hour cab service with no guide. Again the driver was great but way to expensive for what we received.

Only thing we got was taxi service. No tickets to the sites and no tour guiding — they are taxi drivers

We booked a Barcelona city tour with this company just a 1 hour before of starting tour. And company response was very quick and driver was available on time. Driver was very friendly communicator and he explained us about every point that we visited like Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Tibidabo.Park Guell Etc. very recommended service
