The guide never showed up and I waited 60 minutes in the hot Roman sun. I called the local contact number eleven times with no answer. After 40 minutes of waiting, I received an email saying the guide would be there in 5 minutes, about 45 minutes late. He never showed. After 60 minutes of waiting after the appointed time, I left feeling angry and disappointed.
