According to reviews from Taiwanese guests, if you want a trip that is not just a superficial glance, and you want someone to take you for an in-depth experience of the local culture, Lisbon is like a big family. In fact, people from many different countries gather here, and we become a community. In this community, there are neighbors. Teddy introduced me to many of his neighbors, and every one of them was very enthusiastic, while also introducing me to much of Lisbon's history and even giving me many itinerary recommendations!
At first, when signing up for the tour, I couldn't quite understand where it would go, but trust me, it exceeded all expectations. We went to so many places together. Although some restaurants required separate payment for food, trust me, the value and experience of this tour far exceeded the cost. From gathering at 4:00 PM until returning to the hotel at 12:00 AM, I'm so glad I participated in this activity right after arriving in Lisbon, because I really want to visit many of the private spots again myself in a few days. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, especially my friends from Taiwan.

Highly recommend
This was the best and most memorable activity during our trip to Lisbon! From the moment of introduction, Teddy feels like a friend. He shares tons of knowledge of Lisbon, as well as the context and history of each neighborhood and site visited. A much richer experience than any of the other tours we have been on, highly recommend you add this to your itinerary!

A tour celebrating Lisbon's multiethnic and artistic community
The tour is an incredible way to see Lisbon through a local and multiethnic lens celebrating the incredible diversity of Lisbon.
Teddy is so knowledgable and really tailored the experience to all of us in the group. Highlights included exploring Graça's incredible art, fado history, secret gardens/ club spaces and sunsets to experiencing local cuisines ( capo verde/ bengali/ Portuguese) showcasing Lisbon's incredible diversity and ending with a trip to a Brazilian bar to watch Mexican music. Teddy has such an incredible relationship and warmth with the local Lisbon communities we visited and this added to our overall experience and richness of the tour. It's a must do tour to experience Lisbon " of the beaten track" and really connect with local culture.

One of the best tours I have taken so far!
One of the most extraordinary tours I have taken so far! Teddy shows you a Lisbon that you would probably never discover on your own as a tourist. We were out and about in multicultural neighborhoods, saw great street art, tried local specialties, and visited hidden bars, rooftop terraces, viewpoints, and restaurants. Much of it was not touristy at all, and that is exactly what made the tour so authentic. Teddy takes an incredible amount of time, and you can tell that he really lives this. He took great care of our group, took many souvenir photos, and at the end even made sure that everyone got home safely. The tour is also perfect for solo travelers: I met another solo traveler there with whom I got along so well that we even went on a road trip together the next day. Absolutely not a run-of-the-mill tour and a real highlight in Lisbon for me. Clear recommendation!

Great Solo Experience
Teddy was an amazing tour guide. I traveled solo, and I had the opportunity to explore areas of the city I never would have experienced on my own.
My tour was filled with street art, beautiful views, live music, and l enjoyed treats and a couple of cocktails along the way. Teddy catered this experience to my interests, and I had a great time as I was breaking in my birthday. He also took great photos and shared them with me.
Teddy also provides great recommendations for other places and activities to explore in Lisbon, so my only advice would be to book this excursion early in your trip and wear good walking shoes for this tour.

Incredible Experience!
Exploring Lisbon’s through Teddy’s eyes was such a heartwarming experience for a solo traveler’s like me. His tour is deeply rooted in genuine human connection, via many heartwarming conversations with locals at their small businesses. I love live music, art, and local bites, and Teddy really tailored the night tour’s flow flawlessly. I got to see many neighborhoods in Lisbon in a span of five hours, and most importantly the context of everything. I left the tour not only feeling full from the diverse delicious bites (not to mention buzzed from all the drinks), but also grateful that I made a friend in Teddy, and the many people we met along the way.
If you want to avoid tourist traps, his experience is definitely for you. I cannot recommend his tour enough.
