My husband and I were very happy with the tour. We went to Sung Sot Cave, Hang Luon Cave and Tip Top Island. The activities including traveling time lasted for 12 hours. Our tourist guide was very organized in planning the activities. However, the pick up time from our hotel wasn’t informed till the late afternoon before the tour started on the next day. Less than 24 hours of notice which we weren’t sure the tour would have to be kicked off. That’s the only thing needs to be improved.

Our guide LEE was very thoughtful and helpful, providing us with all necessary information and aspects of the tour, making it special!hos professionalism astonished us, taking consideration that, not only arranged details and the tour itself, but he gathered all participants in a smooth way from the hotels towards the bus, under very heavy traffic conditions, being each time one step ahead of participants, driving us safely on board! Thank you Lee!

When we arrived at the cruise, it was a beautiful time and they had a good buffet. I loved visiting the largest cave in Vietnam. After that, the rafting activity was a breathtaking sight and well organized.

I had a great day with Lee on the boat tour. We went kayaking and saw some monkeys, went hiking, and saw the cave. The food was tasty and there were vegetarian options. Despite the chaos of Hanoi's streets in the morning and the busy stop offs, Lee did a great job of managing everyone to ensure we covered everything in the itinerary in good time. This cruise exceeded our expectations. The limestone karst views were even more stunning in person. We enjoyed kayaking to hidden lagoons, exploring caves, and even tried our hand at squid fishing at night! The boat itself was very comfortable with modern amenities and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly.
