The audio on this tour was very quiet and you basically had to buy drinks to sit comfortably. I would have gone on another one if I had known. Drinks are expensive but they also have coffee. Not very nice employees but cool looking boat and great if you’re looking for a drink tour.

Very pleasant, clean ship. Absolutely punctual. Explanation from a recording, which could be a bit louder. Very relaxing trip with beverage service, which definitely included more than the standard.

This was a gentle elegant cruise through Berlin on the river Spree, the crew were professional and friendly, with waiter service available, sitting at pretty tables downstairs or up on the viewing decks. The passenger numbers are much less than on some of the bigger river cruisers and this made it feel a very personal experience. Reasonably priced too. The commentary was very good, very informative, with lovely, eclectic music to fill in the gaps. I would recommend this to anyone, especially those who would appreciate a more sociable, approach to a river cruise. We really enjoyed the trip, it lasted an hour and was a highlight of our trip to Berlin - thank you Viator.

This 1 hour tour is relaxing. You don’t really see much to be honest. I had a good seat up front because it was not very busy. There was a woman with short blonde hair who was SUPER friendly! She made me an amazing gin/ tonic 👍👍 I forgot to charge my phone and asked her if there was a charger on board. She went out of her way to try and help me. Unfortunately things took a bad turn when I went to retrieve my phone - as we were getting ready to get moving. The captain (I guess?) aggressively tells me “It is rude to grab for your phone in my space”. Fact- I was not in his space. I didn’t get my phone and he ruined the vibe by being so negative before we even started moving. It got worse… He was nasty to the nice woman who helped me out. I felt terrible. I figured I would not be able to take pictures because of this foolishness…but the amazing woman brought my phone several minutes later apologizing to me. I told her she had absolutely no need to apologize. Again I felt terrible for her because I put her in that position. She went out of her way to provide a sensational customer experience which helps to promote great reviews and definitely helps build the business. Bottom line- the Captain was incredibly nasty to this woman and to me. He is bad for business and ruined my time. If anyone is following up- this was on Friday Aug 21 at 1:30 pm. Based on my experience, I would tell you to check out your options as there are many different boats in this same area. If you decide to take this one, I hope you have a better experience.

A spontaneous decision found us looking for a boat cruise on the Spree and we were so fortunate to come across a beautiful boat moored just near the Reichstag. We were looking for something different from the large cruise boats and the Fitzgerald certainly filled that brief. A very warm and entertaining chat with the captain & crew and the deal was done. We ended up on a ‘private’ cruise as it was just the three of us on board. Lounging on the top deck sipping our drinks and just taking in the scenery…the whole experience was excellent. Thank you again to the captain & crew and she really is a beautiful boat.

This was a wonderful, relaxing tour aboard a beautiful looking electric boat. When the tour ended, I liked it so much that I booked it again and stayed for another hour 🤣🤣. The staff was kind and made me feel very comfortable. The blankets were so appreciated. I loved everything about this. It began to rain but luckily we had a roof while still being outside and enjoying the views.

The boat is delightful, it has shade and linen covered tables with flowers on them and is a lovely old vessel. It feels like stepping back in time to the 1920s. The information is given in German and English. We watched packed vessels passing by with people sitting in the hot sun and were so glad to be travelling on this one. The price was very reasonable as well.

I was not happy with this tour operator. I thought their communication was poor. I would not book with them again.

We really enjoyed the boat tour. The crew was professional and friendly and provided great service. The narration was in both Germna and English. I highly recommend this tour.
