Loved it Such a relaxing ride the weather was perfect

We had chartered the boat as a group. Basically, such an excursion probably depends little on the weather - we had good weather and also a fantastic excursion. We were warmly welcomed, took our seats, and the first drink orders were taken. Although the inside of the boat is not air-conditioned, you know that before starting the trip. The service remained very attentive throughout, and the small talk with the captain was refreshing. Our boat stood out refreshingly from the usual standard tourist boats. It should be noted that the audio guide on the upper deck was difficult to understand. Nonetheless, it was a very successful, harmonious event that we can recommend with a clear conscience.

An excellent experience from start to finish! It was easy to find our boat right where it is described in the map. The boat ride was smooth, and the service was friendly. The area where we were sitting (the roof of the boat) was well appointed with comfortable sofas and fresh flowers. We were served sparkling wine (with a choice of non-alcoholic as well), and there was a menu of extra items for purchase. What was especially enjoyable about this ride was that we were simply riding: it is not a tour, there is no guide. It’s a simple sunset cruise along the Spree, with the objective being to enjoy oneself. And we did! Thanks to the crew for making this a great experience.

The departure begins in front of the Reichstag daycare center. Due to the electric drive, the ride is quiet; there is no explanation of the sights, so you should have a guidebook on hand.

Overpriced for the experience. Do not sit downstairs.it is way too hot and lacks a good view. There was no interaction other than the one free beverage.

The trip itself was very nice. However, first of all the location pin was very incorrect. When we did finally find the correct pick up place, the boat we had booked was not in service and the other boat that was there was leaving 10 minutes before our allotted time. They stopped for us and we got on but they said they had no record of our booking. As we were leaving, we saw another customer running for the boat - presumably they had they same problem and they were ignored
