Even though this was not at the beach, this was an excellent show. You get a brief history on what the dances mean and how much their heritage means to them. Food was great, plenty to choose from!

The performance and food was spectacular- I only docked 1 star because we bought VIP and still had to sit back decently far so I prob wouldn’t recommend it unless you show up way early.

Amazing performances/delicious food, and amazing drinks. Worth the hype it was an educational experience learning about the people and the island. And to keep their traditions alive and well, and knowing how they let it blossom into something beautiful😁❤️

Went to luau to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The experience was not what I expected. The entertainers were good but the location made it hard to get the full experience. It atop of the hotel on the other side of the pool area. The food was absolutely amazing and the best we had in Hawaii. It was buffet style with lots of choices. You could go back for more if you wanted to. Overall I would recommend it to others.

We looked at a lot of luaus before choosing Pa'ina Waikiki Luau. I'm so happy with our choice. Everything about it was great. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We got our drink, our leis, a floral bracelet and I got a temporary tatoo to get us in the spirit of the event. The band was playing right from the start. Kamu was not only a wonderful master of ceremonies but he is a great singer too. The buffet was terrific with lots of choices. And the show was just wonderful. The dancers were so entertaining. The highlight was the 2 incredible fire knife dancers. We chose the luau because my wife has significant food allergies and they were the only ones who made a real effort to make us feel comfortable. Before they made the reservation for us, they discussed her allergies with the cook who assured that they could handle it. They noted her particular issues, we spoke to a manager that day to review it, and the moment we checked in they reviewed everything to make sure they had it right. She even had a special bracelet so the server would know to take extra care. I can't appreciate everything they did to take care of my wife. I would highly recommend this luau for anyone traveling to Oahu.

Paina Waikiki Luau at the Waikiki Beach Marriott was incredible. The show was engaging the entire time and offered a wonderful variety of performances. The seven year old fire performer was a highlight for me and something I had never seen before. The staff, food and drinks were delicious and the pricing felt right for Waikiki. I would definitely recommend this luau to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

What an AMAZING experience! 🌺 From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of authentic flavors, and the entire show was incredible! The performers were so talented, energetic, and engaging, and you could really feel the culture and tradition throughout the evening.

Very beautiful evening, lots of choices in the buffet… everything was very good! Lei offered upon arrival, and adding a flower bracelet or a (washable) tattoo
