Perfect transfer from the port to the city. Nice clean Mercedes SUV. Plenty of space for luggage. Very clean vehicle inside and out. Our driver was originally from Chicago so the conversation was wonderful. Well worth the few dollars.
I had the pleasure of traveling with Alessandro from Rome to Civitavecchia and then again on my return from Civitavecchia to Rome. I couldn't have made a better choice. He was punctual, very kind and helpful throughout the journey. Impeccable driving, professional and serious, I immediately felt comfortable and in total safety. Excellent Service in every respect: highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Despite me providing full info on where to pick us up, the terminal number, cruise line and name of ship and a google map pin drop…the driver Matteo was very late because he was at the wrong location. He didn’t say anything to us—not one word—then when we got to the location which didn’t seem like the right place, he sent us walking in the wrong direction..terrible customer service. For a private car service I expect more. A cab would have been better!
Dear Mrs Martinez My name is Alessandro, and I am the owner of the company. As you may have noticed from our previous correspondence, I am always very meticulous in collecting all the details from our clients to ensure everything runs smoothly. I sincerely apologize for what happened. Matteo is a new driver on his very first experiences, and I believe he got confused despite the detailed information you kindly provided. I am truly grateful for your feedback, as it also helps me understand how my team is performing. I will make sure to take this into account and use it to improve our service going forward. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention.
Alessandro communicated with me as soon as I was off the plane giving me comfort he was outside waiting for my husband and I to take us to the Port for our cruise! He was easy to spot and we arrived super fast and safely. He was a professional from beginning to end. The best!
Thank you so much for your kind review! We are truly delighted to know that you enjoyed our service and that everything met your expectations. Our priority is always to provide a reliable, comfortable, and professional experience, and your feedback means a lot to us.
This service is very reliable. The driver Alessandro was very pleasant and polite. We asked him to pick us up 30 min. earlier than was previously agreed, and he did! Not every day you meet people like Alessandro. Big thanks from all of us!
hank you so much, Mrs. Olga, for your kind and thoughtful words. I always do my best to accommodate my clients whenever possible. Thank you again for choosing me as your service provider here in Rome. I truly hope to see you and your wonderful family again sometime in the future. Alessandro
