Neil personally met us at the door and that set the tone for the rest of the experience. He answered all of our questions, told great stories about the area and families who made the whiskey and taught us how to better enjoy a tasting experience. For a non-whiskey drinker I really enjoyed this time.

Neil is the man! Great history of Irish whiskey. Really made for a fun event
Neil did a great job. Walked us through history of Irish whiskey and did a tremendous job with our group.

We were with Neil Saad. A really good guy. You simply feel comfortable in his presence. And: The man knows his stuff. You are really well taken care of here. Expertise, a touch of humor, and an interesting storytelling style make the evening with him pass quickly (too quickly). And: He speaks perfect German. The subsequent dinner was also excellent. In a nice pub at a good table. It can only be recommended.
