It was only airport transportation to our resort but it was perfect and very fast, we didn't have to wait
We had a very pleasant ride from the airport to our hotel. The greeter at the airport and the driver were both very friendly and helpful. The air conditioned van was very clean and comfortable.
Moses and Manuel were phenomenal. I felt safe, protected and was dropped off exactly at my location. This is the best deal on this whole app!
We arrived earlier than expected and our driver was already outside. He sent a text as we were waiting for our luggage and described what he looked like and where he would be standing once we excited the airport. We found him pretty easily. We did have to wait outside in the heat until another party came in but that’s no fault of theirs, as we were early. But we only waited maybe 15 minutes. The bus was clean and air conditioned.
They are very prompt and on time so if you checked your bags give yourself and extra 30min for pick up time.

Satisfied with transportation from Cancun airport to Moon Palace Resort. Courteous driver. Car was a sedan so only had 3 passengers. Waited about 30 minutes at the airport. Would use again!
