Our tour guide was Evelyn with Unscripted Tours. Evelyn was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun to spend time with! She knew the Capitol rotunda would be closing, so she hustled us in for the last tour in the early afternoon. She also got us tickets to the house chamber where we saw two bills pass. In the Library of Congress she explained the sculptures, murals and mosaics on the walls and ceiling. She also told us so much US history and we learned so much from her.

It was ‘okay’
Tony was great but I expected more from the capitol and library. I would have liked to see more details about Congress and The House of Representatives, including where and how they meet. The experience was just ‘okay’.

Because the US Capitol is an active government building, public access to the House of Representatives and Senate chambers is strictly controlled by Congress and requires gallery passes coordinated directly through a state representative's office. While our guided US Capitol and Library of Congress tour explores the rich history, Rotunda, and stunning architecture of these iconic Washington, D.C. landmarks, chamber access is unfortunately outside our control. Excellent tour. One of the best things we did in DC.
Meg, our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. She encouraged us to ask as many questions as we liked. I highly recommend her as a guide.

Such an awesome guide ! Excellent and very fun!
A good guide makes all the difference and James was awesome ! He rememberess where everyone was from and the associated statue in the capital - he was outstanding and I highly recommend !

Easy 2 mile walk through...
Easy 2 mile walk through Arlington Cemetery with many stops along the way. Watched the Changing of the Guard and learned about the rigorous commitments and expectations of the servicemen. Overall Kevin made our morning was beautiful, contemplative, informative and entertaining. Highly recommend.
