- Our initially booked tour was cancelled three hours before the start. We re-booked this one - Nobody showed up after 40m of wait - The phone number from the booking was not available - Nobody replied to messages on Viator Be aware! This is the same operator as for some other tours around Vienna. Avoid, do not book.

We had a wonderful tour with Nicoleta. She has an extensive knowledge of Vienna, combined with a true love of the city. As a long time resident, she injected insightful stories from her personal experiences. These stories brought the sights alive. We explored Vienna centre and historical part with our guide Michael and we got detailed explanation of history and visited very nice places. Very recommended.

Violeta was very nice in that she brought us water and snacks. Unfortunately she does not have a license to be a guide and it showed. She was unaware that we had a 2 1/2 hour tour. She wanted us to tour with her for 5 hours. Some of the things she said to us were inappropriate. I have taken viator tours all over the world and this was the worst tour I have ever taken and the biggest waste of money! She was awful. All four of us actually said we wanted out money back
