BUYER BEWARE! Do not book a photoshoot with this company. The images I’ve received are horrible! They were heavily edited, sharpened, pixelated and super low quality. The photographer did a horrible job shooting the images. We paid for an hour photoshoot with 50 high quality images. The images we received are NOT high quality. They were out of focus, blurry, soft and pixelated. First of all, it took 4.5 days for us to Receive the images back, not 1-2 days as advertised. I reached out to the team and they were not good with responding. I had to beg and plead to get a response. Once I finally received the photos, I immediately complained and messaged them asking for a full refund. They took days to go back and forth and I had to message a few times to get a response. They wasted our time and money and left us very disappointed with what was supposed to be wonderful memories from our Italy vacation. I can’t even print a 5x7 because of the horrible quality. Their response and I quote, “We've reviewed the files with our editing team. Based on their assessment, the pixelation you're seeing is already present in the original files we received from the photographer, before any editing was applied. Unfortunately, we did not receive RAW files for this shoot, only JPEG files, which limits how much image quality can be recovered during editing. To improve the overall result, the editor applied sharpening adjustments, but the quality of the original files ultimately sets a limit on what can be achieved. We want to be transparent that while we can request a re-edit, it would not significantly improve the sharpness or resolution of the images because those limitations originate from the source files themselves. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. We will also be documenting your feedback internally and reviewing the photographer's work from this shoot so our team can take this into account moving forward.” They even admitted it was the photographers fault but still will not give me customer courtesy of a full refund. They didn’t offer me any other option. Just said the photos are subjective and it’s my fault I am not happy with them. I am also a professional photographer and if I sent photos like these to a client, I would be ashamed. I would definitely offer a re-do or something. They didn’t offer me anything. They said, “ We completely appreciate that photography is subjective and understand the images may not have matched your personal expectations. However, after reviewing the original files and the final gallery, we don’t believe there are any technical or quality issues that would justify a full refund.” They already admitted previously that the photographer didn’t do a great job when they said the pixelation are in the original images. I know as a photographer that there is only so much editing that can be done to fix horrible quality images. And this is the case. I think my request of a full refund is an acceptable request. We wasted time and money on these lifetime memories and now we are left with some images that you can barely make out who is in the photo. It is very disappointing.

On a whim I booked this experience to get a few family pictures while in Venice. The agency contacted me in advance to ask for what I was looking for and the photographer was also in contact ahead of time. We met in a central location and got to the session. I had a 30 minute session and we were able to include multiple locations which was nice. We had a 9am session and the photographer found ways to keep crowds out of the background. We got our pictures the next day via a secure link and they came out great! I was really happy we decided to do this and it may be a new thing we do as a family each time we travel. The pictures were so much. Nicer than doing selfies as a family. While in Venice you should do this!!!

Even with kids in tow, the session was smooth, joyful, and full of laughs. The photographer knew exactly how to capture our family's personality. These photos are our new favorites.

Daniel, our photographer was amazing! He did such a great job communicating with us the night before about where to meet him and how to find him. We were worried the 30 min wouldn’t be enough, but he did such a great job of moving us through the area, posing us, and making sure no people were in the background. He was so personable, and truly gave us amazing photos. Even if you only have 30 minutes, do it!

We had an absolutely AMAZING photo shoot with Daniel! He was so professional and extremely kind-making sure that we were posed correctly and background was always perfect. I highly recommend requesting him for your photo shoot in Venice!!

Reyna was my photographer and she was very kind and had great recommendations for poses, as well as excellent locations for photos. She had recommendations on where to eat and even where to do laundry. It was an excellent experience overall.

Why would you not do this? ~$60 is fantastic, and professional photos to last a lifetime! Loved it!! And our photographer was great!
