I booked a confirmed 7:00 PM shoot but the operator moved it to 6:00 PM. I still offered to make 6:00 work if they were open to 30 minutes. They acknowledged the request, said they were checking with their team, then went quiet for the rest of the day. I messaged support twice in writing to cancel if the original 7:00 could not be honored. Through all of this they messaged me from THREE different WhatsApp numbers, none in sync with the others. Less than an hour before the shoot, the photographer messaged me to just show up at 6, as if a day of unanswered questions had not happened. When I reminded him the booking said 7:00 and nobody had confirmed the 30-minute question, I got a rude message saying I was "playing a game" and that he would be at the location at 6 whether I showed up or not. To be clear - no session took place and no photos were taken. They still kept the money, refused the refund.
Matej chose very nice spots for your photo shoot. He showed great patience during the session. We are looking forward to see our pictures. I recommend this activity.

Matej is a great photographer, and a kind and gracious host of this experience. He was flexible with a last minute booking and helped us capture our love of the city. Photos look great and we enjoyed our time with him.
We are so happy we chose this photoshoot. We often debate as a family when traveling where to try to take a selfie, or rely on a stranger to grab a quick picture of all of us. The results make for nice memories but never feel as "full of place" when we get back home. Deciding to try something different we hit a home run! Incredible photos, incredible value for the money. Matej was amazing. Showed up early, asked what we were looking for, made specific suggestions and just made us feel great through the whole session. Took a wide range of shots in different locations, cleverly wrangled our reluctant near teen and produce what we'd hoped for - great pictures in Prague that nailed natural looking + sense of place. Excited to come home with photos that match our memories for once! Could not be happier!
My wife and I went to Prague for our honeymoon and while there we decided we wanted some professional looking photos taken of us together since the occasion called for it. We booked through Viator for about $130 for 1 hour photoshoot and 50 edited photos after a discount I had. The photographer messaged me through Whatsapp and provided the location for my wife and I to meet them. They took us to various points in the area near Charles Bridge and Old Town for photo ops, and despite the large crowds they managed to take many shots with my wife and I without too many people in the background; we even went to more secluded areas with great views for a more private feel. Once done, the photographer advised me that a link with the photos would be shared via Whatsapp within a few business days; prompt delivery of link within timeframe was provided. Professional photos, courteous and professional photograpgher, easy booking, affordable price. Highly recommended.
We booked this as a last minute add and it ended up being one of the best things we did. We met with Matej who was super patient with three teenagers. He took photos quickly and they turned out beautiful. It's a great keepsake from the trip.
