Historic Center of Mexico City Private Walking Tour

This arch was originally planned to be the Federal Legislative Palace, however the project was never finished due to the Mexican revolution. It is now an Icon, a monument to the heroes of the Mexican Revolution

Palacio de Bellas artes a building from Adamo Boari, it opened its doors in 1930, it took 30 years to build, originally the grand national theatre its now home to all sorts of spectacles.

We will see one of the largest Cathedrals in Latin America, we will talk about its beginnings and how it represents the Invasion of Spain.

We will start with brief history of Mexico Cities foundation in the 1500s. we will also see important buildings surrounding the main plaza.

Walk through the cities center, were we will see emblematic buildings such as the First Hospital in Latin America, Correo mayor, Art Museum.

we will see the Templo Mayor, History about its origins and archeological findings in the area.

PLaza garibaldi is the most traditional plaza in Mexico City, there we will finish our tour listening to Mariachi and enjoying dinner
